Good location and friendly, but there are cockroaches and wifi is not good.

Very convenient to reach by public transport. Friendly staff, they also speak Italian. Very clean room with every comfort. The only flaw was that the TV broadcast over 50 foreign channels except Italian. Breakfast with rich and substantial buffet.

The room was clean. Equipped with a small refrigerator, safe, coffee machine and coffee gel. The breakfast is rich and the meals are delicious. Front desk, room service are very good.

Hotel oltre le aspettative. Ottimo servizio ad un prezzo più che giusto, considerata la qualità e la media di prezzi della zona. Colazione ottima, con macchina caffè Nespresso e buon assortimento di qualità (chiaramente più salato che dolce). La struttura sembra ristrutturata da poco, perché le stanze sono ben rifinite, eleganti e pulitissime, anche nei bagni. Lo spazio è più che sufficiente, ci sono diverse aree per una piacevole sosta in serata e la chicca sono le fontane sia nella hall che su ciascun piano (che vengono spente durante la sera e la notte). È inoltre possibile fare il check-in online, in modo tale da ritirare solo la tessera magnetica della stanza al momento dell'arrivo. Nel complesso quindi ottimo servizio.

Overall this hotel is a convenient pick for a short stay in Prague. The rooms are quite outdated but they do the job. Can’t beat the proximity to tram station.
