整體入住感受非常好，雖然入住時有小插曲👉升降機故障，但反而看到前台職員(eg. Adam)的專業及服務水準一流，值得鼓掌。另外更想藉此機會感謝酒店餐廳前台職員Susi熱情好客的招待，使我們在布拉格此行非常愉快。

這是我們幾十年來住過的最差的酒店：1）態度冰冷 2）12:45 分入住，要額外付20歐元，比規定的入住時間14:00 早1小時15分。 3）酒店介紹：樓頂有個觀景台，我們上去，被酒吧的人 蠻橫的趕下來了，倒了大黴！！！ ——我們在好多國家住過這麼多的酒店，都是給好評的。這是唯一一家酒店給差評的。

酒店近老城廣場，地點很好，我們住在4樓，房間是斜角位，房間的光線太暗，如下次再去布拉格，都會入住這間酒店。
