Kamar nya ok walau semua rata2 unsur kayu jadi keliatan tua tp terawat . Lokasi juga ok deket mrt. Menu breakfast juga ok.

Super séjour à Prague, hôtel est bien desservi (métro B, tram...) avec plein de petits commerces à proximité (Albert..), dans l'ensemble tout allait ! Très satisfaite :)

酒店近地鐵站 有軌電車大約5分鐘 去老城區6個站 附近有超市 沒有其他食肆 酒店比較陳舊 服務態度差 前台服務黑面 好多旅行團入住 早上等電梯和食早餐都要排隊 不建議入住。

空調是壞的 屋裡很冷 修也沒修好 早餐一般 四星酒店應該有的東西全都沒有 衞生間裏沒紙巾了保潔進來打掃房間的時候也沒給放

Hotel pessimo Ci hanno dato una camera con il piatto doccia contenete un buco di 2 cm è una bella crepa, dopo 3 giorni è caduto il tetto del bagno nella camera sotto la nostra. Quando ci hanno comunicato di dover cambiare camera abbiamo fatto le valigie e al nostro ritorno ci hanno buttato 5 bottiglie d’acqua, due bagnoschiuma, un detergente per il viso e addirittura un paio di ciabatte. Ci hanno proibito di andare al bar dell’hotel poiché avevamo consumato troppo la sera prima, assurdo. Cibo pessimo, personale scortese. Non andate

Siamo in viaggio d'istruzione e stiamo rie ntrando dopo 3 giorni trascorsi in questo "cosiddetto" hotel. Le camere avevano le lenzuola sporche, mangiare abbondante ma è ovvio che non ci si può aspettare chissà cosa, il personale è anche stato scortese rifiutandosi di farci accedere al bar. Locali inesistenti per accogliere nel dopo cena molte scolaresche.

Hotel pieno di scolaresche, camere pessime, sporche (capelli, peli e macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola). Parte del personale scortese, risponde con fare stizzito praticamente a qualunque cosa. 3 ascensori per 18 piani, attese infinite per poter salire. Bar nella hall troppo piccolo per il flusso di gente che passa da lì.

I’m a guest in this hotel in a school trip. The price is definetely too high for this hotel. All The food is expired at least by a week. The rooms are small and cramped, but the worst thing is The staff, Made all by rude people. I REALLY do Not recommend this hotel.
