L'accueil du personnel etait chaleureux , ils sont toujours souriants et à l'écoute. L'appartement est spacieux et propre. Ils nettoient chaque jour. On a pris l'option petit déjeuner. Il y a un buffet varié ( des œufs, charcuterie, légumes , machine à café, viennoiserie ... ) La dame responsable sur le buffet est très sympathique.

We stayed 11-15 December. We stayed in room 32 and have no complaints the room isnt the most modern but it has absolutely everything you could need, the room was warm and cleaned daily. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay and always gave us a smile and wave as we come and go. Good location we walked everywhere! If we ever come back prague we will deffo be staying again!!

Basic room but had all the necessities that you would need for a short break cleaned everyday and very friendly staff who helped with luggage storage etc could not fault cosy atmosphere and a 10 minute walk to the main ***** and square ticks all boxes

Veronika was an absolute gem. So helpful with arrangements and valuable information for our stay. She arranged our boat trip and advised on the easiest way to get around including lots of points of interest to visit whilst there. A real gem .

Was staying in prague for a couple of days with a friend so thought id try anyway apartments. Loved the room we had, was clean and tidy. The hotel staff were also very helpful. Veronika really made our stay special and went the extra mile!

Excelente apartamento para un viaje con amigos, cercano a la parte turística de la ciudad. El dueño es muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento durante nuestra estancia. El interior y cocina del apartamento es muy cómoda y tiene lo suficiente para aloj**** unos días.

Came to Prague for the first time on a stag weekend, booked two apartments for 10 , our apartment had a balcony and also had everything you need fridge kettle etc… beds comfy and apartment clean. The lady on the front desk was so helpful and friendly nothing too much trouble. I would stay here again. It is about 25min walk from the apartments to main drag of prague.

Very good apparat hotel, Nice, spacious and clean , very good location closed to restaurants and public transports and only few minutes walk from the center, the receptionist is very friendly and helped us to make our stay in Prague very pleasant. I recommend this hotel for families.
