Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and amazing breakfast buffet! The hotel maintains a nice medieval vibe which adds to the whole experience, and it's located in the heart of the more scenic part of Prague. Overall, to say this has been a great stay would be an understatement!

Excellent hotel; very comfortable, well organised and immaculate. There were facilities, snacks and refreshments available throughout the day till late and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was well priced and in an excellent location.

Excellent place to stay, close to town. Breakfast was one of the best if not the best we have had in a hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful since we arrived until we left. Will come back next time as we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here

Everything was excellent.Hotel building is from 17th century combined with today’s comfort,luxury.It is wonderful and authentic.Location,breakfast,kind staff and whatever a tourist needs.And thanks to Daria.She did her best to make us happy even at midnigjt.

A great place to stay in a wonderful city. Very close to the tourist attractions but colse and lovely so you can hear birds singing. Friendly and helpful staff and an impressive dining room with excellent breakfast. The tickets for the public transport were very helpful. We hope to come back.

L'hotel, tra armature, spadoni, accette, dipinti e lampadari di ferro battuto riporta fedelmente l'atmosfera di una struttura medievale, quasi da film. Il personale è gentilissimo, viene offerto un drink di benvenuto, la colazione è decisamente abbondante e di ottima qualità, la posizione centrale a circa 100 metri dal celebre Ponte Carlo e a pochissima distanza dal Ponte della Legione che dà accesso alla centralissima Narodni, lungo un bel parco cittadino che sfiora la Moldava, frequentato da molte persone per fare attività fisica o far divertire i cani. La camera ci ha un po' sorpreso per le dimensioni, diciamo non esattamente abbondanti, con un bagno "di precisione" e, ovviamente, senza il bidè ma comunque silenziosa e con un bel letto grande, caratterizzato, però, dal non avere coperta matrimoniale ma due piumini separati, peraltro caldi e piacevoli. Sarà che siamo italiani ma non avere il bidè ed avere due coperte affiancate su un letto matrimoniale ci ha fatto un po' dispiacere. In totale, comunque, esperienza decisamente positiva, spendendo circa 500 euro per tre notti con colazione.

La posizione è strategica: anche se fuori dalla città vecchia rimane molto vicino al ponte carlo e abbastanza vicino al castello, il centro si raggiunge comunque velocemente a piedi, come il resto della città. Stile medioevale curato nei dettagli. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ci hanno anche anticipato il check in appena arrivati. Ambiente pulito, confortevole, recente e silenzioso. Colazione abbondante dolce e salata, unica nota manca il bacon e arricchire il lato dolce con più varietà nelle brioche, torte e biscotti. Molto gradito il drink di benvenuto e la tortina di saluto e decisamente una piacevole sorpresa le tapas del pomeriggio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente consigliato.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful medieval atmosphere, very helpful staff, best breakfast buffet I've ever seen. Close enough to the city centre for everything to be easily accessible but comfortably far away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again!
