Heel centraal gelegen leuk hotel. Personeel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is erg goed met groot assortiment. Enige minpuntje was in de nacht de luidruchtigheid van enkele dronken toeristen aan de straatkant

TL;DR - Would not come back. Positive - The staff was kind and the room was clean and the location is good. Negative - The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the floors are super this (I guess) and we could hear very clearly every step the guests in the room above us made, same goes for the walls. The air condition was very loud, we were woken up at least 3 times a night from noise. The vent in the bathroom was very loud and did not do the trick, the smell in the bathroom was always strong and bad. We moved to another hotel mid stay, both were in the same price range, but there is no comparison; we were shocked they cost the same (difference of $12 a night). One last thing, I paid an additional 50 Euros for balloons and flowers for my wife, the flowers were very small and I got 3 balloons, I was externally disappointed.

From check in until check out, it was an extremely pleasant stay. In the middle of old town, it was the perfect setting and location to easily visit the Christmas market and festivities. Prague’s public transportation from the airport is easy and good. Finding the hotel from our our stop in Old Town was very easy. Highly recommend staying at this lovely location!

Elegantes Hotel in hervorragender Lage Lage - 1 A mitten in der Prager Altstadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Hochsaison könnte es evtl. laut werden. Zimmer - sehr groß, Bad etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Hier hätte ich mir noch einen Kosmetikspiegel gewünscht. Die Kosmetiktücher, die ich vermisste, haben wir bei der Abreise in einem der Schränkchen im Zimmer entdeckt. Pflegeprodukte von L'Occitane. Bett hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut gelüftet, keine Fremdgerüche. Im Zimmer wäre vielleicht noch ein Kleiderhaken für nasse Jacken hilfreich. Unser Zimmer lag direkt an der Treppe, für lärmempfindliche Gäste würde ich dieses Zimmer nicht empfehlen. Da es ein altes Haus ist, ist der Schallschutz eher schlecht. Auch die Zimmertüren bieten keinen Schallschutz. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und zum Zimmer gebracht (kein Aufzug). Im EG ist z.Zt. Baustelle, offensichtlich wird der Frühstücksbereich umgebaut, hat uns in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt, weder durch Staub oder Lärm. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Toilette im Frückstücksbereich hätte eine gründliche Reinigung nötig. Spinnweben an den Wänden, dicke Staubauflagerungen oben auf den Fliesen. Defekter Toilettenpapierspender. Das hat leider den sonst sehr guten Eindruck etwas geschmälert.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need (hairdryer, shampoo, toothbrush,…). The breakfast buffet is offering a lot of different things. We really enjoyed it!

Otelin hem konumu hem de mimarisi harika. Eski bir bina olduğu için asansör yok. Karl köprüsüne ve eski şehir merkezine yürüyerek 2 dk. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da son derece çeşitli ve lezzetli. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Prag seyahati için harika bir tercih.
