Our stay went well, however we heard people talking in other rooms, a lack of soundproofing in the rooms.

Although it was a two-person room, there were two extra beds, which made it easy to spread out luggage. Also, I was satisfied with the variety of breakfast options.

The environment is great! The surrounding traffic is quite convenient. The waiters are nice, but there is nothing to eat for breakfast. Not a good attitude when I called the front desk at night.

A spacious, comfortable and very clean room. The reception staff were very nice, one of the receptionists spoke Spanish. The hotel is 200m or less from tram, bus and train stops and stations. We really liked the breakfast, even though it was small, it had everything we needed for a good breakfast. I can only give a positive opinion of this hotel, we were very comfortable, I would definitely repeat!!

Clean hotel and above all well located in the center of the city of Prague and next to shops and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I also really appreciated the breakfast buffet which was very varied. I will happily return to this hotel for my next visits.

Very nice hotel located not far from the centre of the city. Very clean and housekeeping was of high standard. They had two breakfast rooms ( one on the ground floor and one on the -1 floor ( I prefer the one on the ground floor as you had better choices than the downstairs one. Overall I highly recommend the hotel

Would recommend this hotel, it’s clean, functional comfortable rooms and in a good location. We also had an unexpectedly great view from our room on the sixth floor!! Myself and my partner walked from this hotel to the old town, across Charles bridge and into lesser town quite easily from here so was a good base. Check in and out easy. There is a lovely garden to sit in which is a lovely touch! The reason for 4 rather than 5 starts is the shower pressure was very very low in the mornings, but was fine in the evenings and the breakfast was very basic. However would stay here again for a good priced but nice stay in a good location in Prague :)

Overall good hotel. Very close to the center (10 minute walk) and located near several strategic locations (such as bus or metro). Overall clean rooms but quite small with a view of the back of the building (at least the room where I stayed overnight). Staff not always available as when asked for a screwdriver to remove the wheels of my suitcase they showed distrust

This hotel is rated a 3 star, but it was not up to this rating. It does not have a welcome feeling and is quite drab. Our room was just about adequate and again drab without any nice soft furnishings to brighten and afford comfort. Our bed was 2 singles pushed together and the duvets were single duvets which were too small and we got quite cold in the night. The wooden base was the cause of a few bangs on our legs. There was nowhere comfortable to sit and we had to relax on the bed to watch the TV. This was uncomfortable with a hard headboard and a floppy large pillow which would not prop up for better comfort. The bathroom was nicely decorated and modern but access into the room was difficult, and we are both small and slim. On the plus side it was all clean. Our overall experience felt like a youth hostel. Breakfast was not as good as we expected from the Hotel description but was adequate. The situation of the Hotel was reasonable if you are prepared for a good walk. The metro and buses were within reasonable access. I should have listened to my gut feeling before we left home, to upgrade. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.
