Hotel is nice and clean. ROOM was very nice and spacious. I booked a double room and it had great space. Hotel has a lift so you don't have to worry about stairs. The only thing I didn't like was I had reached the hotel 1 HR earlier but they didn't give me early check-in as they said the room wasn't ready. I would have appreciated it if they would have arranged another room for me as I was tired. I also tried their Beer Bath Spa which is in the hotel premises itself. For a couple the cost was 119€ for an hour. It was a relaxing and unique experience. Must try once. Please ignore the mess in the photos as I had taken photos at checkout time.

Very good location and very close metro station connectivity nearby have kfc burger King MacDonald hotels and very good breakfast value for money 😁 i hope soon come back again

Check in was from 2 pm . As our flight was late afternoon + delayed we arrived in hotel around 11pm . Lady on reception was so unprofessional. After she give us room key we found out that 3 bedroom was only prepared for two. So I was going back to reception to ask for bedsheets, pillows and towels for 3th person. I was walking with her in staff room to get all I need also I was making bed for myself. Se could find towels and she ask me do I need right now or I can get tomorrow. I answered that I need now as I need shower after all day before I go to bed. She found only one small towel, throw over reception and said “that’s your deal for tonight “ I don’t have any other towels available now .

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, great location. There wasn’t much of a variety with breakfast, it was quiet plain and the same every morning. But defiantly would stay here again.

I enjoyed my staying at the hotel ! The breakfast was perfect ! I haven’t stayed in European hotels before , but what I noticed that the room was without drinking water and , toothpaste and toothbrush ( that was a bit surprising for me ) , but very clean room and one more time the breakfast was pretty much great 👍🏻

I am very satisfied with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast is quite sufficient (including European ham and cheese). The room has an electric kettle and a small freezer which is very convenient! It's just that the location is far away from the subway station and bus station, it takes about 10 minutes to walk. If you like to walk, it only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the National Museum. There is a lot of shopping in the new area. European hotels require you to bring your own slippers, toothbrushes, etc.

Overall quite satisfied. The hotel room is quite large, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is varied and there is a vending machine provided at the entrance. Furthermore, the location is not too far away, with a 20 minute walk you can reach the old town. The only negative points were the expensive prices in the city, in the minimarkets you could pay 4 euros for a bottle of water and in general all the markets are very expensive.

Okay room, large bathroom, comfortable beds and good breakfast

When we got to the front desk, the clerk was chatting casually with another friend. and ignored us. After about 7 minutes of waiting, the conversation ended and it was our turn. and they said we need to fill a forum If he had given us this forum during our chat, we wouldn't have wasted our time! As stated there when booking The rooms are assigned at random When traveling as a couple, sharing the same bed can be a dream. But I spoke to trip.com customer service. Thanks to them I got the best room (it was the best of my trip). Cleaning Theme: only the quilt was changed Sheets and pillowcases were not changed That worries me a lot Breakfast: Nothing fresh for breakfast! We just found cake other cakes were not fresh New cakes arrived when we were there and luckily we got lucky! Location; The location is too far away, never recommend After the subway you have to walk a lot I didn't like it at all. But of course Prague is fascinating

It was about 15-20 minutes walk from the station, so it was easy to get to! The staff were all very kind, and the procedure for extending the stay was very smooth. Breakfast at other hotels often has no vegetables at all, but I was very happy to have not only salad but also warm vegetables here. I want to stay again when I come to Prague! thank you very much!

The pot in the room was washed properly. When I entered the room, I was a little worried about the smell of chlorine, but the bathroom was also clean. The breakfast is substantial and I am satisfied considering the price.

1. There is no air-conditioning in the room. It can be tolerated in June at present, but it cannot be lived in if it gets hotter. 2. During the period from June 9th to 13th when I stayed, there was a problem with the waitress calling a taxi during the daytime of the hotel. She deliberately called it expensive. Bad attitude, strong words, no problem with the waiter after 7pm. 3. Because of the above problems, I checked out in advance on June 11 and booked another hotel booked by Ctrip.
