It's very close to the central station and the location is good. I am very satisfied with this very pretty accommodation. I will come here again next time

The location is great, very close to the train station, and it's only about a 20-minute walk to the lively city center and the bridge. The room is clean and comfortable, and overall good, similar to the photos. There are several stairs at the main entrance of the hotel, so be careful if you are carrying large luggage. The weather is neither hot nor cold, but the hotel does not have air conditioning and constant temperature, only heating. The windows have no grilles, so air circulation is allowed, but I am afraid it is not safe. No bluetooth music connection and no TV to watch, which was a bit strange.

The hotel is still very new. Very good.

The room and the overall design of the hotel are very artistic. The location is excellent, very close to the transportation hub Prague Railway Station.

We stayed at the Falkensteiner Hotel for 3 nights and had a normal double room. First the positives: The breakfast is really good and in addition to the buffet, fresh things such as omelettes, porige & co are served to order. There could be a little more vegan choice at the buffet. Apart from a humus and alternative milk there wasn't much. This does not suit a modern young hotel. Nevertheless, one can say that the breakfast is fresh, lovingly and sufficiently richly designed. The staff at breakfast is also very friendly and attentive! However, what we have never experienced is that the buffet closes on time and everything is cleared away immediately. It's uncomfortable and doesn't fit in with an upscale hotel. Now for the negatives: overall we were not happy with our stay. The Lobby & Bar are modern and stylishly designed. The elevators are dated and the hallways look more like a motel. The rooms are small (but not bad for us!) However, there are also some lovely details that you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The coffee maker is a bit old and calcified, there is no kettle but tea making facilities which is a bit questionable. However, the worst was the service at the lobby and the cleaners!! During our stay we always had to deal with the same gentleman in the lobby who was unfriendly and unsympathetic. One day after cleaning our room we were left without toilet paper and without a single towel! We brought this to the attention of the staff and received a slightly annoyed reaction instead of an apology! Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right in this hotel and we have had better experiences with 5 and 4 star hotels in Prague.

Me gustó el hotel al verlo por internet y la verdad es que no me ha decepcionado. Nuestra habitación era bastante amplia y confortable. Además, tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes están bastante nuevas. El único problema que tuvimos es que fuimos a finales de abril y la habitación, en el último piso, se calentaba un poco por las mañanas. Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba todavía (nos dijeron que el aire frío sólo funcionaba a partir de mayo). Pero si vais en cualquier otra época, esto no debería de afectaros. El desayuno era bastante variado y todo estaba muy rico. Ofrecía una combinación de bufé de dulces y comidas frías con un servicio a la carta de comida cocinada. Todo igual de delicioso y en un ambiente muy agradable. En cuanto a la ubicación, el hotel está junto a la estación de tren, que no es pleno centro de la ciudad, pero aun así está bastante cerca de las principales atracciones. En 10-15 minutos andando llegas a muchas de ellas y para las más lejanas hay unaparada de metro bastante cerca. Sin duda, volvería a repetir y recomendaría este alojamiento a cualquiera que me preguntase.

Schönes, sehr sauberes Stadthotel wenige 100 m vom Wenzelsplatz. Zentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Große Boutique Suite ＞ 40 m, modern eingerichtet. Angenehme Athmosphäre und Frische im Haus. Koffer- und Parkservice auf Nachfrage. Brunch leider nicht in Buffetform. Frühstück sehr gut.
