This hotel is not in the main tourist area, so choose carefully. In addition, the service can be said to be lacking. We stayed for three days without any customer service cleaning service. Even the sparkling water in the room required payment. You must know that these are unlimited supplies in Swiss hotels. , the receptionist at the front desk was also very unprofessional. When we checked in, we gave him our passports and asked if we had a visa. At first, we asked for a credit card to pay a deposit, but later we found out that it was a visa. I showed him the Schengen visa page and it still didn't work. I was hesitant. I felt like he didn’t even know that their country was within the Schengen visa scope. What’s even more funny is that I had already settled the room payment online in advance. The receptionist also asked me whether I paid by myself or by the company. In short, that’s it. El hotel está perfecto solo hay que destacar que la limpieza de la habitación se hace cada 3 días y eso puede ser un poco incómodo .. Pero está bastante bien ubicado a 800 metros del centro , una zona tranquila …. ……………………………………………………………………….

Appena tornati da un bellissimo viaggio a Praga. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti ed é stato perfetto! La posizione é ottima in quanto nelle vicinanze presenta tutto. C’è il Mc Donald, KFC, Starbucks, Paul, un DM (proprio sotto), una pasticceria che ha dei dolci molto scenici e buoni, un forno (mi sembra si chiamasse ZRNO ZRNKO) con le specialità tipiche (Kolache buonissimi e Boutchy che però non ho assaggiato). Esattamente di fronte c’è anche un ristorante tipico ceco che noi non abbiamo provato perché sempre pieno. A pochi passi c’è la fermata della metro (I P Pavlova) e passano molti tram che portano sia al centro sia alle attrazioni più lontane. La stanza é pulita e il personale fantastico. Lo consiglierò a tutti. Lo consiglieró sicuramente a tutti.

Great hotel , location amazing near the national museum and st Wenceslas place and subway 2 min walk. Staff was great, breakfast amazing and room big for a europeen hotel.

Pros and cons, but not sure why this hotel is at 4 1/2 stars. The hotel has a very bad smell to it, somewhat like a sewer that they try to hide with this soap they have in all the rooms. One day it was really really bad. When we arrived we were also given the wrong room, and ended up with a handicap one. That being said, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was a decent size. For the area, it’s a decent price as well. If not for the smell, I would give it a 4.
