酒店不太好找，躲在城堡區的一條死衚衕裏，帶着行李比較累，不過一進酒店那小門，濕毛巾，橙汁馬上送上來，雖然碰到些小麻煩，服務員還是非常講理的，素質比較高，但是有點提醒大家，超過6歲的小朋友要強制收取加床費，每晚65歐元，含早餐，這樣就不便宜了，酒店早餐也相對品種少，這酒店主打的就是服務好，還是值得推薦的

再次遇見布拉格，還是那麼心動，太美了忘記拍酒店照片。酒店在巷子深處的老房子，不規則形，酒店處處佈置得非常用心美麗優雅，房間感覺都不一樣大小和形狀，我們入住的卧室不是很大，但衞生間很大，中間還有個小間放行李還有衣帽大櫃子和桌子，挺舒適的。酒店接待也很好，非常老派的接待方式也很周到，行李小哥很年輕，也很真誠，在房間外等了好久拿行李。早餐不錯。缺點，汽車衹好在酒店外小廣場停，到酒店五十多米石子路，入住的話可以先到酒店叫一下服務員

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The hardware of the hotel is also good. In the ancient castle, the breakfast room is on the 4th floor, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Prague. The hotel also provides tickets for the ancient castle, afternoon tea (unfortunately there is no chance to taste it) with snacks, opening beds, and toiletries are my favorite London brands. The service is really attentive. The son's flight at 6 o'clock in the morning, the hotel prepared sandwiches, fruit, yogurt at 3 o'clock, and the housekeeper drove the car from the parking lot to the vicinity of the hotel. When we returned, the butler drove back to the parking lot. We checked out and left our luggage at the front desk, went shopping nearby, and when we returned, the luggage was already in the car. Highly recommended, plan to stay again on the next wedding anniversary with my husband!

The Golden Well’s location is perfect. It is near Old Town and all the places a visitor is likely to go, while being in a quiet area below Prague Castle. The restaurant has amazing views and wonderful food. All the staff were friendly and professional. The room had old charm with all the amenities of a modern hotel.

Die perfekte Location unterhalb vom Schloss in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Karlsbrücke. Das Personal ist professionell und super freundlich . Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön wir kommen sidn zum 2. mal hier gewesen und kommen sich nächstes Jahr wieder. In Prag gibt es für uns nur das golden well

Golden well hotel is perfect place to stay. Close to Charles Bridge and Prague castle. Very quiet. Restaurant is absolutely awesome. Rooms and room service is the best. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Golden Well is one of the most relaxing, beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. With perfect service, rooms overlooking historic Prague and beautiful gardens, delicious breakfast, and walking distance to everything, I recommend it highly and would return in a minute.

First let me share that I am very picky about were we stay on vacation. We spent four lovely days at the Golden Well. Our room, room 25, was very well decorated, and spacious, with a great view. The breakfasts had many choices and were very tasty. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate requests and were very helpful with suggestions for outings in Prague. We also made reservations and dined at their restaurant, the Terrace, one night. The food was exceptional and again the wait staff was very attentive. We would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return there again one day.
