Residence Prague Inn

My husband and I visited Prague for the first time in November 2022 and stayed at 7 Tales Apartments. The customer service was excellent! I was able to arrange an airport pick up and early check in, and when our flight was delayed, the staff updated our pick up time and confirmed it with me right away. We also booked an airport drop off when we left. When we arrived, the staff at reception helped us find our apartment (they have several locations) and when the safe in our room wasn't working, they had someone up to replace it within 10 minutes. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. We also got a discount on the breakfast buffet at the restaurant across the street. Our stay was comfortable, stress-free and very enjoyable.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Prague. Gorgeous, spacious rooms with old world charm and modern conveniences. Comfortable beds, well equipped bathroom and just steps from everything Prague. Cannot imagine why anyone would stay anywhere else. There is no on site management or facilities but none are needed but daily housekeeping was provided.

Prague was great and would love to return. The apartment was very nice and area amazing, considering it is right in the middle of the historic center. Unfortunately, our experience didn't start very well. The booking was easy and all, but after that they were very hard to reach with questions. For us, it was important to know where we were going because we traveled by car and had an overhead Thule box that limits you a lot in terms of parking garages. We almost arrived before we managed to get in touch with them and get some answers. Although we specifically mentioned that we are driving to Prague, they "forgot" to mention that the place is very hard to access by car unless you know every nook and cranny of the area (close to impossible). The streets in the historic center are incredibly narrow and all of them are one-way. After a 5-hour drive you don't feel like guessing where you are supposed to arrive, you want to know exactly where you are going. We were told that we could pull in front of the building to unload. That was a joke because only the next day we figured out how to actually do that after walking the streets and literally mapping the area on how we could pull as close as possible to the building for when it was time to check out. The other thing that was unacceptable was not finding the information for the Wi-Fi when we specifically requested it ahead of time. I have never been to a place where there was no list of instructions (quiet hours, Wi-Fi, TV, etc.). My sister had to go again to the reception in person, which by the way it was in a completely different place than our building, because they weren't answering the phone. I could continue but I don't want to ruin my memories of the city because of the issues we had with the staff. Prague is amazing and the location as well. I would suggest participating in some hospitality training seminars or workshops because they definitely need it.

Top (and very quiet) location in the heart of the old town just minutes away from Staroměstské náměstí in a very quiet (dead end for cars) street. Despite the fact that there's no elevator, this 2 floor Apt. is just perfect. The bed is very comfortable, located in the roof truss as well as an in room glass shower and a separate WC. Mind your head because of the sloping roof! Downstairs is a little kitchen area with a wonderful modern oven, a spacious bathroom , large dining table and a cozy sofa with a hugh TV. All what you could ask for to enjoy Prague.
