This ideally located hotel exceeded my expectations on every level, most notably its friendly & helpful staff. I had mislaid my tote on a bus and Renata at the front desk went above & beyond to help me. She tracked it down with contents intact, and arranged for me to retrieve it! The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from major tram stops; the room was clean, neat and mini fridge was handy. It was very quiet despite fronting a street; breakfast buffet was ample w/fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, meat, cheese, etc., and regularly replenished. The Gothic Cellar has plenty of seating and a**osphere for diners. An elevator and parlor round out the hotel's offerings. At a fair & equitable price, this hotel truly is a gem and a great home away from home for a week's stay.

Incrivel, localizacao belissima, no centro historico, predio historico mas com elevador, quarto espaçoso e banheiro limpissimo.. amei o café da manhã, todos os funcionarios sao simpaticos.. achei um charme o predio do hotel, tem restaurantes maravilhosos ao lado, fiz todo roteiro turistico a pé, o hotel fica ao lado da ponte e da pra ir caminhando ao castelo, amei o hotel.

Location of hotel is perfect. Very quirky place. Booked a suite and messaged hotel asking for sofa bed to be made up and on arrival it wasn’t. They acknowledged my message. Asked at reception to make it up and they said it’ll be done later. It wasn’t. So ended up sorting this out myself. Air con in room but no remote control. Says sleeps 4 people but only beds for 3. States sound proofed. It isn’t. They mean it has secondary glazing. The inside of the hotel is balconies over an atrium and this makes the noise travel. Also says separate bedroom and it isn’t. Asked for a taxi to be booked to take us to the airport and it didn’t arrive and the staff couldn’t sort it out. Very disorganised and disappointing hotel. No big plates at breakfast so eating off little side plates wasn’t great.

Great place close to everything. Breakfast was included and very good.
If you want modern amenities this may not be the place for you though.

Excellent location within walking distance to almost all the important parts of Prague. Very polite staff, always available to offer help. Very good breakfast. The rooms are cozy, and comfortable. I would be happy to spend my next trip to Prague in this hotel again.

Very lovely place! We were two besties meeting
up in Prague and could have two separate areas to sleep in our room! It feels more like a connecting room. Breakfast is also great, we didn’t mind staying in for breakfast at all.

Great spot! Loved staying in a historic building, and the single room is a great bargain for a solo traveler. I loved the room’s bathtub and the hotel’s breakfast. The location simply can’t be beat. If I’m back in Prague (and hopefully I will be!) I’ll definitely stay here again.
