Hotel fantastico con un personale molto efficiente. Le camere sono molto carine e sono dotate anche di macchinetta del caffè con un numero di capsule gratuite. Per quanto riguarda la posizione è ottimale, puoi andare a piedi ovunque. Colazione ottima.

Un hotel plein centre de la vielle ville, tout pres du metro.Un vrai accueil, Une belle chambre spacieuse, un buffet petit-déjeuner génial varié et copieux . Bon rapport qualité prix.

Ho appena terminato il mio viaggio a Praga e ho soggiornato in questo hotel che è fantastico! La posizione è PERFETTA, l’hotel è vicino alla maggior parte delle mete da visitare a Praga e vicino alla fermata della metro. Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta, la colazione è ottima e varia dal dolce al salato. La camera è elegante e pulita, fornita anche di cassaforte, frigobar e uno scaffale dove riporre alcuni vestiti, vengono fornite delle ciabattine da usare nella stanza e in bagno è presente anche uno shampoo per capelli e corpo per farsi la doccia!

Albergo vicinissimo a tutti i possibili punti di interesse della città vecchia. Camera e bagno non particolarmente ampi ma confortevoli. Bella sala colazione con variegata disponibilità di prodotti. Piccola nota negativa: accanto all'albergo ci sono diversi locali e avendo la camera con affaccio sulla strada si sentiva parecchio rumore.

The positives: perfect location to explore Prague for a few days. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good with a large selection of food, although hot food was cold one day. The negative: the his is NOT a 4* hotel. It says they got that rating in 2010 and I would say it’s more rated as a 3*. Front desk staff were not friendly at all. When we checked in, not one smile or hardly even looked at us. Apparently this is often the “Czech” manner but still, not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. Same response upon checkout from a different staff member. Shower was terrible and it is in the bath so it was hard to get in and out of. Would be a problem if you were not an able person. Bed was not comfortable. Found a big hair on the bathroom sink upon checkin. Decor is quirky (not problem there) but it’s also outdated. Expected better.

Nice clean basic room,good location a couple of minutes walk from the old town,breakfast included in the price ,lovely friendly staff in the restaurant,ideal for a short break ,price was reasonable,would stay again Thought the chap who checked us in could try smiling once & being friendlier,& the guy checking us out couldn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay

Very cute hotel in the perfect location! My partner and I really enjoyed this hotel. The location was so central but the hotel was quiet. It was so comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and they have something everyone can enjoy. Would definitely recommend.

Centrale e pulito, Personale pessimo, tutti scorbutici con totale assenza di empatia e di accoglienza verso il cliente. Non salutano e neanche rispondono al saluto, roba da matti!!!! Vale solo per la comodità dal centro.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel, from arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Room was lovely very modern with a great bathroom Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold Would love to return and definitely recommend to others Only 5 minutes walk to the Christmas markets and town Great restaurants nearby too
