Very big and clean apartment on the top floor! It would suit for even 8 person! Spacious with beautiful view for downtown of Prague. Close to the city center. Big plus for parking. Good breakfast but could be better. Nice bathroom with a bathtube!

Excellent stay. I gave the maximum score because the staff is very kind, helpful and exquisite. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. Very quiet hotel. The room is very very clean. Small "negative" notes: the room is a little dated, with separate mattresses although very close together and the blanket was a little short and one for each bed. Very good location, not far from Wenceslas Square, excellent for buses and trams because it is very close to a well-served road. We had booked well in advance and the price was really, really good! Highly recommended!

Very well located hotel with very clean room and bathroom, perfect breakfast and discreet but very attentive staff from reception to the dining room. The price is also more than fair since we paid around 340 euros for 3 nights (with breakfast) to end the year 2023. Recommended.

Our flight was delayed over night, they responded immediately to our email and were very understanding when we did finally arrive. Although only a small hotel, there was always someone on hand if you needed them. Very pleasant location, very helpful about where to eat and what to see.

Even though it's a bit of a walk to the Old Town, I appreciated the quiet location, light traffic and no hordes of tourists. The walk to the Old Town, however, is doable and people who don't like to walk can take a tram. All staff members were polite and helpful. I don't think I ever walked in without being greeted with a smile. Breakfast was good and varied. The day I left (before dawn) I was given a breakfast box without having to ask for one. A nice surprise.

The outlook of this hotel building probably not doing the justice for this hotel, staff and the service. Staff was one of the nicest we have seen/met to date and they fulfilled all of our needs above and beyond. Inside of the hotel kept to a very good conditions despite how it looks from outside or how the surrounding areas look like.
The suite we booked is very spacious with 2 rooms setting on either side of the wing so you can let your kids go free as they liked.
TV had Netflix so that's a bonus to keep the kids busy. Good selection of hot, cold food served for breakfast, which is regularly topped up.
Very close to the centre of Prague with options available to dine out. If I had to mention anything that was not so positive is the mattresses we had were the firmest we ever slept on. We normally have the Firm (UK standard) but these were almost like rocks.

Amazing breakfast with hot and cold selections, they are friendly and helpful staffs to assist our trip, brilliant comfy room and bed, excellent shower, great location to the main town, shops, sceneries and public transport.
