The hotel was lovely, great location.
The only disadvantage was the experience with the checkout. The receptionist was extremely rude when we said we had accidentally left the key inside the door and they asked us to pay a £35 fee.The doors havent got door handles that worked so could not get back in.

Houve um problema no check in. Queriam me cobrar novamente, mas mostrei que havia pago e eles acolheram minha informação. Mesmo com a dificuldade de comunicação, o atendente foi muito solicito e atencioso para resolver o problema.
Fica proximo a praça principal, cidade histórica.
Tudo muito limpo e decoração de bom gosto.

October 2023. I very much enjoyed my stay a nice clean room, 5 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock and 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge, plenty of eating and drinking establishments for all tastes and access to public transport close by. Would definitely book there again
