The breakfast was delicious, the location was good, and the hotel was very nice. I was a little worried about the outside noise, but I slept well.

Don't stay here when the weather is hot. The room is small and has no air conditioning. There is a fan that is as loud as a tractor when it is turned on. There is also a false fire alarm in the middle of the night. Except for the breakfast, everything else is really average.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I thought I was booking a 4 star hotel but I would not even rate it as a 3 star hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, the hotel is old and not well looked after at all and in need of renovations, although it says in your website that it has been recently renovated. The furniture is old and the bathroom was very tiny. I believe that your listing of 4 star is utterly deceiving and I will consider not doing any further bookings via Trip. All in all I would not even give them 1 star.

Me and my wife have just come back from a fantastic stay at this hotel. It looks and feels quite dated which I personally thought fitted right in in the Old town. Just because somewhere looks dated doesn't mean it's not clean. Everywhere as far as I could see was spotless. All the staff from reception, bar staff cleaners and breakfast where lovely. There was a great selection of food on offer for breakfast. The drinks from the bar where reasonably priced and the cocktails delicious. The real selling point for me was the location. Most of the places I wanted to see were within walking distance. I would 100% stay here again. Well done and thank you too everyone that made our city break so good.

Thank you so much to this hotel for the good location and amazing breakfast. We visited a lot of place in short time because of it. The customer services was o perfect especially Jan and Anna. They been so kind and helpful. Without any doubt they deserve 10/10
