There are bed bugs. I caught two and there were a lot of marks on the bed sheets.
I talked to him right away and changed rooms, but I was worried because it had been two days.
The clothes I wore were washed in the washing machine in the room using the detergent I brought with me, and there was no separate detergent.
It was close because it was right next to the Astronomical Clock, but it was on a road with a lot of tourists so it was noisy until dawn.
It was my first accommodation in the Czech Republic, and I almost fainted from bad bugs. I even have children;;
I've been to Paris, London, and Iceland, and I haven't encountered a single bad bug::
Maybe we were bitten by a bad bug, but on the last day, my wife and I both got allergies and went to the hospital.

Excellent location, very close to the Old Town Square. It was convenient to have an elevator and a washing machine. It was a satisfactory accommodation except for the fact that the location of the hotel reception was different from the location provided by Trip.com, so it was difficult to find.

Location is perfect, just in the walking area of old town, only 3mins away from the old town square, very convenient, shops and nice restaurants are plenty ard it. The room is good with full kitchen amenities and the heaters warm the room during winter, which is very nice.

Excellent apartment, with great location and structure. Secure access (with passwords). Just a little noise in the early morning due to the location being right in the center.

Great value for such a large apartment in the middle of all the action in Old Town. The Clock Tower was literally around the corner. Very convenient location to safely store our bags before our late afternoon flight. Highly recommend!

We were SO happy to have not only a separate bedroom space but a separate powder room as well! The space is so charming and unique. The location was incredible and we appreciated the safety and quiet. The washer/dryer was a bonus too!

Beautiful, large apartment with incredibly beautiful ceilings. Large, clean bathroom, comfortable beds.
Unfortunately, it was very noisy, you could hear the guests above us more than the TV and the windows unfortunately didn't seal very well (hence cold and loud)

We loved this apartement in the heart of Old Town. The unit was very clean and spacious. We had a hard time finding the place since the name was not on the door but it was perfect...like a secret passage. There are pictures on how to find it and should have reviewed those first. The kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly supplied. We looked forward to coming "home" each evening.

After making the reservations, neither I nor my travel agent were able to reach them. I was only informed after MZ Minh the reservations of numerous rules and conditions, and when I called, they only have a telephone system that used artificial intelligence. The menu offers limited options, and after a while your call is just dropped.
