The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the nucleic acid testing point for returning to China, and only takes 5 minutes on foot. The hotel room is large, the bed is also large and comfortable to sleep on; the breakfast variety is a bit limited.

A great little hotel in a good location for exploring Prague. The decor was stylish, rooms large and quiet, bed comfortable and nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and happy to help including accommodating an early check in. A couple of small improvements would have made it a 5 star review: 1. The bathtub is very slippery and seemed like an accident waiting to happen so an anti slip mat would be welcome 2. The lift always took 3 minutes for the door to close 3. It would be useful to have a little selection of drinks and snacks at front desk to buy in the night time to avoid having to open the bar. But all in all a lovely stay which we thoroughly enjoyed - thank you :)

This hotel has for me the most comfortable beds in Prague. It is one of my favorite hotels but I have to say I was very disappointed by the check-in and check-out experience this time around - arrived late at 10:30pm and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the reception and the same thing happened in the morning when I had to leave for a meeting with my client and nobody was there for my checkout. This for a 4star hotel like this is not OK from my perspective. Someone always has to be at reception or just leave a number there or something. I love this hotel but please fix the check-in/out experience, it was not up to your standards.

The stay was very pleasant. From arrival to check out we enjoyed the hotel, facilities and staff. The staff is very helpful and enthusiastic. In addition, they think very carefully about making your stay as pleasant as possible. The room and hotel was clean and very well maintained. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also very neat. In addition, the breakfast was good. There was plenty of choice and it was always replenished so that you had enough to choose from. Extra compliments for the man who could regularly be found in the restaurant; very helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel is within walking distance of the center, but there were also several options by public transport; the tram and bus are a 2-minute walk away. This hotel is definitely recommended. We certainly plan to return to this beautiful accommodation again.

Recently recently had an amazing lunch at this chic establishment in Carline well worth the visit. Food was fantastic a**osphere was great and Honza the breakfast kid was fantastic. I would repeat this anytime. The environment was first class the whole way.

The horel staff were very helpful and friendly.
There was a leak in the room below and they had to access it from the bathroom in my room. They more than made up for the inconvenience, moved me to a better room, offered me additional perks etc. This is a great hotel, very comfortable and is close to everything. Stay here, you will love it!

Would definitely go back to this hotel. It is very nice and upscale. Breakfast was very flavorful. VIP access was not offered to us. The upgrade was not offered either.
