The apartments are very good, in the very center of Prague. The apartments have everything you need, especially liked the large, comfortable beds and shower. After a long walk, that's it! Upset only to check in you pay a deposit of 200 euros. There is no information about this anywhere. Money is not returned immediately, within 7 working days after departure, and nowhere is there a guarantee that they will be returned.

The apartment did not meet our expectations. It was dusty and old furniture and appliances. Generally it looked cheap. Not happy about the manner staff talked to us and the cherry on top was that they charged 5€ for storing luggage. Left a cheap impression and luckily it was only a two-night stay for us.

Apartment was very old, up 70 flights of stairs (209+) when the lift didn’t work plus for 2/3 nights we had either a domestic screaming match going on outside of our apartment or some crazed person knocking on doors and trying to gain access to our apartment, which frightened the life out of my wife and 2 young children. The operators didn’t want to have anything to do with it. No remedy and bad communication. An incredibly horrible experience, plus incredibly expensive

Appartamento grande e completo: salotto con la televisione, cucina provvista di tutto e camere spaziose. Ottima pulizia e reception sempre a disposizione. L'appartamento si trova a 5 minuti da piazza della città vecchia quindi in una posizione centrale.

Casa molto fredda. Senza riscaldamento e reception lontana. Abbiamo acceso il forno per scaldarci. A completare il tutto asciugacapelli fuori uso. La posizione è bellissima ma appartamento poco confortevole.

The property was not a 3 bed as advertised. We had to check in at a separate property which was 8 minutes walk from the reception which was not easy with 4 kids at almost midnight. I was given a flat on the 3rd floor with no lifts, fan or air conditioning and the property managers refused to move me when we were harassed by a shop owner in the same property. Very disappointing and I will not recommend.

El apartamento es privado y las llaves estan en una recepcion a 5m andando,el apartamento está en un 4° piso sin ascensor,la escalera esta muysucia y huele a gatos,el apartamento está bien decorado,le faltaria algo mas de menaje de cocinacomo una bandeja,batidora.La limpieza es correcta.La ubicación es excelente, justo en el centro,detras de la plaza del reloj astronomico.
