Un excellent séjour dans cet aparthotel : personnel très sympathique et serviable, appartement spacieux et bien équipé (et très calme, alors qu'à 200m de la gare centrale), et très très bien localisé (5mn environ du musée national et de la place Wenceslas et proche de plusieurs trams / métros Vraiment une excellente surprise, j'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Mooi, schoon appartement vlak bij het centraal station. Goede locatie om Praag te verkennen. Fijne bedden, heerlijke douche, rustige kamer(we zaten niet aan de straatkant) Vriendelijke mensen. Aanrader!

not clean, very basic, not the best value for money. couldn’t cancel and get refund when we saw the room. cigarettes holes on the sofa, broken glass beneath the bed. location isn’t bad. functional but no spirit and no finesse at all. the staff tried to help but the manager didn’t cooperate.

Everything about room and check in was great. Room was very modern and clean. Then on second night power cut out and it took forever to restore. Management wasn't sure if it would be completely restored so I decided to just book another hotel. Management immediately refunded the entire stay, including the first night that didn't have any problems. Unfortunate that I didn't get to stay longer but if management's quick response to this problem is any indication, seems like they run a tight ship. Location is great, right by train.

Really nice, large and clean apartment with all equipment. Great location with Main station just few meters away, Wenceslas square as well. Stuff was so nice and helpful. Prague is beautiful so whole stay was wonderful. If you looking for comfy accommodation in city centre, this is definitely it!

Stayed in the service apartment for more than a week and had a wonderful experience. Check-in staff was wonderful and love the location, it was just 3 min walk away from the train station. Wifi was very good.
