Because check in needs to be in another hotel, plus the trip is heavy, very inconvenient. In addition, the toilet window was not covered and could be seen from the building next door, but after a long time, it was possible to change rooms.

No air conditioning in the room, and if you are staying on the 5th floor it is impossible to use the shower.
Pillows had stains on them and were quite old and flat.

The lighting in the room was very dim, almost non visibility.
There was no double bed room available, it was 2 single beds combines, if you are a couple, then it's very bad.
This hotel it 3/5 at best.

Misleading rating
This hotel claim to be a 4-star hotel, and it was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I found that the reception was nonexistent and had to go to another hotel at different location to check in and get my keycard. The main door was often left open during the day, and in the evening, the door code didn’t work, setting off the alarm without anyone coming to check on it.
This hotel lacks basic amenities like a reception, bar, or restaurant, making it feel more like a hostel than a 4-star establishment. As a single woman traveler, I found it uncomfortable and unsettling. I don't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
