I stayed at the hotel with my wife for five days. We arrived early due to an early flight and were warmly welcomed by Veronica at the front desk. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly! to our surprise, she let us know that our room was already ready, hours before the official check-in time. This was a huge help and really appreciated.
Throughout our stay, the staff continued to be wonderful - Oxana assisted us when we needed an extra blanket and additional toiletries, and she was just as pleasant and helpful. On our last day, Wella helped us quickly arrange a cab to the train station at a very good price. She made the process fast and easy, which took a lot of stress off our departure.
The hotel’s location is also great — close to public transportation and a nice shopping area.
Breakfast was very good as well, with a nice variety, tasty options, and a reasonable price.
The only small shortcoming was the lighting in the room - there was no ceiling light, only bedside lamps and a standing lamp. It wasn’t a big issue, but worth mentioning.
Overall, we had a great stay with wonderful staff, a convenient location, and a good breakfast. Highly recommended!

Receptionist was unfriendly and never smiled! I found she was being a bit racist and we’ve been charged for late check out even we were only a little late. She kept rushing us to leave and been giving us weird look making us feel absolutely uncomfortable! Room was quite hot and floor is in full carpet was not that clean! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone else!

Everything was fine, we got the room we had booked. The location is excellent, and despite being next to a busy area, we couldn’t hear anything from the street at all. Breakfast was perfect - I can only recommend this hotel

Mit dem Hotelzimmer waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber,Betten bequem.Im Badezimmer fehlte mir die Dusche.Es konnte nur in der Badewanne geduscht werden,was für ältere Leute sehr anstrengend ist.Die Tiefgarage ist ein Graul.Für so viel Parkgebühr nicht gerechtfertigt.Um an sein Auto zu kommen musste es vom Personal immer hoch und runter gefahren werden.Das Frühstück war sehr gut.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Ich würde das Hotel weiter empfehlen.
