The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the Powder Tower, and all attractions in Prague's Old Town can be reached on foot. The facilities are relatively old, and some rooms on the same floor require stairs, which is not convenient for moving large luggage. The breakfast selection is diverse and tastes good. The front desk was very kind.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The city walk to the Old Square and Charles Bridge is not tiring at all. The waiters are patient and polite. Especially the grandfather at the front desk can speak Chinese and is very humorous. It is highly recommended!

It is near the shopping center, tourist attractions and underground station. The breakfast is delicious and lots of choices. The receptionists are fluent in English, nice for tourist.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of everything important to us. The staff were wonderful. This was our second stay at this hotel and will be the only place we stay in the future.

Great hotel to stay in and explore a wonderful city. From the moment we arrived to check in, the staff were friendly and courteous.
A very good selection at breakfast each morning and lovely clean and spacious rooms.
Would look to book here again when returning to Prague.
