The best experience ever! Big thank you to the hotel for all the kindness and attention. Will definitely come back. The room was spacious and very beautiful with all necessary amenities. There is a valet service for the car, just come directly to the hotel and the stuff will help you to park the car, parking fee is 41€ per day. The breakfast just amazing, delicious and a lot of choices. 10 stars for this hotel!

Second stay here. Fantastic location, easy access to the famous spots. Also reasonable price compare to others. But my stays there was not as good as last time. Because my room was near to service lift and emergency exit, so a little bit noisy in the early morning because housekeeping/service staffs and corridor was really bright even in the night which you can see in the room.

The location is fantastic. it's a center of old town. The breakfast was great. Two thumbs up.

The hotel is located very close to the Old Town square and the Powder gate. We enjoyed the stay and the service was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and the staffs are kind and happy to help.

Nice location to access the town center

It is true that you will fall in love with a city because of a hotel. The Grand Hotel series made me fall in love with the second city - Prague. (The first one is Florence). The hotel belongs to the ancient house series, all located in a mansion with a story. First of all, I would like to thank the handsome receptionist at the hotel for contacting a taxi for me and also helping me to change Czech currency. The hotel makes people feel very warm. The hotel is located in the Old Town Square, close to the Powder Tower. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Hanging Man, Clement College, Municipal Library, Astronomical Clock, and Charles Bridge; it takes 25 minutes to walk to the Lennon Wall and the New National Gallery. It is a beautiful surprise to pass by the viewing platform; it costs 140 Czech currency to take a taxi to the main train station. Breakfast is served, including seat and tea, and the closing time is very timely. Not only is the buffet rich in variety, but you can also order freshly made products, such as vegetable pancakes, open sandwiches, hamburgers... There is a bathtub in the room, and it feels like this series of hotels all have bathtubs. The concept is still the traditional low-luxury feeling: the pillow is an oversized down pillow, and you can feel that it is goose down. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can have a dreamless night... PS: There are slippers, which are relatively thick. Prague Bohemia Minibar is charged (French Bohemia Minibar is free). There is a kettle and tea bags, no capsules and instant black coffee bags. High cost-effectiveness, reservations must be made early and quickly. The hotel also has opera meals every week, which need to be booked in advance. They are all famous songs, three courses with desserts, and drinks are ordered separately.

The room is quiet and the hotel is in a very good location. The hotel is right next to the Powder Tower, which is very suitable for friends who travel independently without driving. We stayed for two nights, and the city walk basically covered several classic attractions in the old town of Prague.

The location is very convenient. It's not far from anywhere. It's a high-end hotel and the service staff are very friendly. The breakfast changes every day and is very delicious. The disadvantage is that the shower gel in the shower room was empty from check-in to check-out, which made me hesitate to leave a tip for the bedside (I ended up leaving 100 kronor) There are also tables and chairs on the balcony covered with canvas, which seriously affects the beauty of the balcony.

There is no more perfect 4-star hotel in Prague. High-quality response from staff, quality breakfast with eggs Benedict, clean rooms even considering the age of the building, and a location where you can walk to all the Old Town tourist attractions!

The room is very good. I am very satisfied. It is clean and tidy. It is right in the middle of the core attractions in Prague, Czech Republic. No matter where you go, the distance is very close. The service of the guy is also very good.

The breakfast is good and very rich. It is located near the Powder Tower, so it is convenient to go to major attractions. The hotel provides iced fruit tea, which is very considerate. Recommended to stay!
