Some rooms have no windows and it's almost impossible to stay there.
Location not fantastic.
Breakfast and the personal which were serving it was amazing. Thank you ladies, for that.

Back after a year. Accommodation was in the building accross the street. Breakfast was above average. Location near tram/bus not far from centre.

Although the hotel is not located right in tourist spots, but there is everything you need such as restaurants, bars, cafes and many others. Breakfast is excellent. Service is exceptional especially the reception guy named Antonin, he recommended the good restaurant, the good bar, which are all perfect! He's really helpful.

Good location near alot of small storrs. Good value for price. Front desk seemed understaffed and confusion on free drink gift.

L’hôtel correspond à notre attente, situé proche d’une station de tram permettant de rejoindre vite et facilement le centre historique Literie confortable et salle de bain propre, nous sommes juste très déçus car comme souvent il n’y avait pas de volets mais surtout pas de rideaux occultants donc la lumière était dérangeante tôt le matin Le petit déjeuner est super, très copieux et bon. Bémol sur l’accessibilité à ce petit déjeuner avec clairement pas assez de tables pour tous les clients et un seul espace « boissons » qui génère de longues files d’attente.

The hotel is adequate. There isn't enough seating in The Breakfast Lounge during busy times in the morning. The rooms are adequate. The hotel staff's English isn't the best, which leads me to my next point. I had booked a I stay with the hotel from February 9th until February 16th because I needed an affordable place to stay near the Karlin Theater where I was to audition. I left to go visit my sister in the UK on February 13th to return on the 15th. I told the receptionist that I was not checking out and that I was coming back. However, I returned on the 15th to find that all of my items that I left in the room had been thrown away. Including some very expensive coats and my computer. After haggling with the hotel manager who said that he was going to go put it under investigation has not reimbursed me for the items that were thrown away despite Hotel policy saying that they should keep items found in the room for 3 months in lost and found. Which leads me to believe that those items were stolen out of my room and someone is walking around wearing and using my things. Incredibly frustrated and still seeking legal action against this hotel.
