Very good hotel. Room and the common area very clean. Good area can walk to everywhere in the city. By the river have a nice view.
Staffs are very lovely and helpful.
Breakfast is amazing, quality foods.
Additional choice of drinks is reasonable price.

The location is very good, but you have to walk a bit from the tram station. The building itself has just been renovated and is clean, but the service varies greatly depending on the staff. Housekeeping is minimal during your stay.

The location is really good. 5 mins walk to Metro Adelne. Where food avenue, Tesco , dm, decathlon.. and many others.
The breakfast is great as well.

It was our first time in Prague and stay with this hotel, we were so pleasantly please with all aspects! It was super clean, staff were so friendly and accommodating. It’s about a 20 min walk along the river if not Ubers work out super cheap to and from. 100% would stay here again!

Prenotato tramite Smartbox, pagando la differenza di 2 notti su 4. Richiesta una camera con 2 letti separati, confermata ancora il giorno di arrivo. Assegnata una camera a livello 1, davanti agli ascensori, non insonorizzata per cui rumorosa, e con i letti uniti. Arredamento molto datato, con tende rotte, asciugamani strappati e minibar rotto e dal cattivo odore. Buona la pulizia e il wifi. Gente che si ferma a far rumore nei corridoi fino alle 2 di notte senza che nessuno della reception intervenga. Buona e varia la colazione con personale gentile ed attento. Ma non è certo un 5 stelle per quello che abbiamo sperimentato noi. Non siamo rimasti assolutamente contenti.

The hotel located in a very quiet and central location. Julia (blonde receptionist lady, I might misspell her name) was so nice, helpfull, always there to help. She made our holiday.
Housekeeping wasn't really good at all. They didn't leave the amenities for all of us. And cleaning wasn't very good as well. At the end we have been asked to pay for the drinks from the minibar which we haven't drunk. Julia removed them from the bill. We enjoyed our stay. The best thing is if there's a problem all staff were there to help for.
