Enjoyable stay at the hotel. Reception service was very friendly and full of local and Prague information for a couple on a holiday. Would happily stay again if I ever travel to Prague. The hotel was very clean and warm. The reception and the lobby had a feel of a top of the range/high star hotel. Only slight downfall was that the rooms were slightly dated and just felt like a bed and four walls.

The hotel is clean and friendly. The breakfast is neatly prepared. It is a hotel with more European travelers than Asians.
The people at the desk are very friendly. The hotel location is 200-300 meters from the front and back of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall. There is pleasure in traveling by tram. ㆍWe stayed in a suite because Desk Cheek One upgraded the room. ㆍIt was so nice and thankful to have a veranda ㆍ
