Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and kind. We had to leave before 7:00 am, which means we couldn't have the breakfast buffet. But when I told that at check-in, they said they could prepare breakfast bags for us. It had a sandwich, some fruits, juice, and snack. The location was also nice, close to the big Christmas market and along the main street.

Location is very good and convenient

The location of the hotel is very convenient, only 3 minutes on foot to the metro and 12 minutes on foot to the central railway station of the city of Prague. The room is clean, the bed in the room is big enough for one person, and it was incredibly comfortable to sleep. The staff is polite and friendly, always happy to help. The hotel was incredibly pleasantly impressed.

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel in Prague, the location is excellent and very central, you can visit all the main monuments on foot, just a few minutes away, also well served by the metro, trams and countless shops and restaurants of every kind and type. Very comfortable and spotless rooms

Located on the very prosperous Wenceslas Square, the location is excellent. There are two subway stations underneath the door, and you can walk to the main attractions in the Old Town Square. The facilities are a bit old but hygienic. The breakfast was good, very fresh and rich.

The hotel is located on Wenceslas Street, the most prosperous street in Prague. It is within walking distance to famous attractions such as the Old Town Square and the Castle. It is also very convenient for traveling and eating. The breakfast is very rich, which is very suitable for a romantic trip to Prague, the most beautiful capital in Europe. Next This is my first trip to Prague and I will definitely come again.

Delicious breakfasts Great location.

This hotel is terrible! One is the attitude of the front desk. I booked a double room, but I was given a single room, which was very small. I went to the front desk to ask, and was told that there was only one room left, and I could leave if I didn't stay. The second is that the environment is too bad, the old small room has a smell. The third is that the sound insulation is too poor. Can't take it for one night, run away! Lightning protection! ! ! ! Forgot to take a photo!

The location is so perfect that I can say it's the best in Prague. Breakfast was moderately good. Not particularly good, but no complaints. Overall, the facility was old, but well maintained and clean.

The location of the hotel was good and the interior of the room was nice. There was also a bathtub, which was very nice. At breakfast, we waited until a table became available, so it might be better to take it a little early. The food was delicious too.

There was a blockage in the shower and twice they said they fixed it and they didn't! The water slid into the carpet in the room and the room smelled all week! The air conditioner fell off the wall. The employee in the dining room shouted at my mother and laughed at Aliya and when we complained they said that there were many complaints about him but because he has been working at the hotel for 20 years there is nothing they can do, they did not agree to move us to a room. Don't be tempted by the cheap! The hotel is terrible!
