One of the best choice in Prague. Nice and friendly hospitality.

Highly not recommend for staying this hotel when paying high room rates. Worst experience I ever try in 5 stars hotel. No air-conditioning and ventilation in the room, no one reply when I request for change to higher floor room and poor English for the front desk staff. My gf got sick when she staying in the hotel due to worst ventilation and no air-conditioning in the room. Moreover, the hotel can not provide king bed facilities. The hotel uses two twin beds combined as king bed and provide two twin bed blanket for king bed customers.😭😡It is very non sense. When I request for king bed size blanket, no staff can understand what I am asking. Also, when you pay for reservation, the hotel don’t have cancellation refund policy as we know that world known 5 stars brand hotel can refund the charge when cancellation booking before 24hours than your staying. Only pros of the hotel is great environment in the hotel and friendly concierge staff…. Not worth for staying in this hotel for paying 350-400 euro dollars🥲🥲. Very terrible experience.

Not a conventional 5-star at all. To the life of us we probably wouldn’t understand how they received such great reviews. Gave high incentives to earlier customers for great reviews or what, really wanna know. Don’t get deceived by the pictures. Dust everywhere, don’t move the drapes behind the bed, dust and spiderwebs will take over In a desperate need of a deep cleansing The rug was probably never steamed No conditioner in the shower Shelf was placed such that every time we washed hands everything got wet. Stupid design. Bathroom (toilet) was so small and adult could not fit with the door closed. The smallest sink you can imagine with the flush tank almost filling half of the bathroom. Bathroom (shower) had the most slippery floor it was a true life hazard. Throw all towels on the floor otherwise you play with your life. Stupid design. Open air isles with unavoidable stairs. Small elevator Front desk more like a valet booth Staff were friendly but definitely not a 5-star standard of service Breakfast was 4-star When they brought you something they did not have any trays. They would literally hand you a cup of milk. Far from a 5-star The room was a generous size which was a criteria we had in mind when we booked it It was worth 1/3 of what we paid for. We have travelled all continents and many countries. One of the worst experiences even compared to 3-stars and 4-stars. Don’t fall for it!
