A very good hotel. We stayed for two nights and the only downside was that no one cleaned the room the next day. So the service is very good, the room is very beautiful and the location is very good.

This hotel is one big disaster!🙉 They don't clean, there is dust everywhere, we couldn't because the water was almost cold. After alerting the staff we were told there was nothing they could do about it!😱 They have to smoke in the rooms as the smell of smoke is everywhere. It was noisy there until late in the evening. Towels are changed every 3 days!! Beds unmade. Hotel SIS never again and not recommended!!🙈

El hotel bastante sin más. Si que es verdad que era de lo más barato que había, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas, o por lo menos la que nos tocó a nosotros, que éramos 2 adultos y un niño. Hacia muchísimo calor, las sabanas estaban sucias y el baño horrible. La ducha estaba rota, no podías ni colgar la alcachofa de la ducha. Las toallas eran enanas, y encima en la puerta del baño pone que si quieres que te cambien las toallas se dejen en el suelo, cuando llegamos a la noche, estaban sin recoger, fui directa hacia recepción y me dijeron que solo cambian las toallas cada 3 días… en fin. El desayuno muy básico. Por lo demás, Praga nos encantó.

Este hotel esta alejado del centro pero es barato,y evidentemente lo barato da para lo que da.Las habitaciones son pequeñas,el wifi se va de vez en cuando y la impresión general del hotel es de ser un poco espesito .A favor,:el precio,y poco mas,el desayuno es normal y la limpieza también,no creo que vuelva y eso que yo me iba de buena mañana y no regresaba hasta la noche.No es un hotel de vacaciones pero para pasar una o dos noches e ir a dormir bien

Extremely noisy, dirty and unpleasant hotel with torn pillowcases and curtains. We have payed 270€ for two nights, I couldn’t believe my eyes too see the real,price - 23€ per,night. How can it be?
I would never recommend this place.

Per quanto abbiamo pagato (meno di 50€ a notte x 2 persone) non mi aspettavo chissà cosa. La stanza che avevamo era con bagno in comune e 2 letti singoli al 5 piano. L'ascensore arriva solo al 4piano e poi c e da fare una rampa di scale a piedi, la stanza era abbastanza pulita e anche se minimal c era tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, il bagno e la doccia buoni ma senza finestre e areatori (da tenere in considerazione che era condiviso con un altra camera) I ragazzi alla reception cortesi, almeno nel mio caso, e disponibili. Nel complesso per gli standard Italiani non lo considererei un 3 stelle però per quello che si paga se non si hanno troppe necessità va più che bene

Non mi é piacciuto nulla , dalla prima entrata. Personale neanche non risponde al saluto, tutto( quasi ) stranieri (russi o ucraina). Struttura vecchia, collazzione scelta debole ( 3 giorni con piccolo scambiamento, frutta solo mela ! Poi non rispettano GDPR , oltre deil controllo dei doccumenti , test o certificato vaccinazione si permettono fare anche le copie !!! Io avevo figlio con me che non usa il mio cognome , si hanno fatto fotocopia del

Stayed here a few nights with my family and overall a positive experience. Room was very big and clean and had a nice view to the street. It's not super close to the city center but a very doable 35 min walk or a quick tram 15min tram ride. Breakfast was average and not too much variety, but overall pleased. My main annoyance with this hotel is that the wifi is absolutely terrible! So if you want to get any work done or stream netflix at the end of the day you really can't. The one other downside is the towels need some updating as they even gave us one towel with holes in it and despite being clean it looked more like a cleaning rag with the number of holes in it. Despite the above would stay here again, but would have to figure out a way around wifi issues.
