The location is very good, very close to the tram station, the old town and the Charles Bridge. The room was also very nice! The front desk of the hotel is very helpful and can help introduce attractions and routes, and can also help with taxis. Highly recommended~

The hotel is in a good location, right in the center of Prague. It is very convenient to walk to the surrounding Charles Bridge and other places. The room is quite large, the facilities are pretty good, and the breakfast is quite rich.

I have always liked hotels of the Eurostar brand. Clean, atmospheric and standardized! When the price is adjusted every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, the room price is cheaper than the family hostel! Eurostar, my first choice for European travel!

Stayed here for 4 nights for a city break. The hotel location is excellent, easily walk able to call major tourist attractions. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The rooms are big and very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed here for a four night city break and would definitely recommend. Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff in a great location close to the river and National Theatre. Also nearby is Cafe Slavia (we visited twice for breakfast and once for afternoon tea). The hotel room was spacious with a large extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was equipped with a huge, deep bath (simply fabulous) and fragrant Damana toiletries. I was pleased to see that hair conditioner was provided which I’ve not always found to be the case in visits to other hotels. Would love to stay at the Thalia again if ever in Prague and will search out Eurostar hotels in other locations.

Wonderful room and friendly staff in a brilliant location close to a tram stop and near to the river and a metro station. Staying here has made our stay in Prague an absolute pleasure and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to others with for a long weekend or for longer.

Transfers from airport were organised through hotel and were excellent. Central location, well furnished rooms- would have liked more variety of English language tv channels for night time would have been good. A small issue.

It is a great location with a shopping area and Prague's atmosphere. Our room is clean, and well-equipped with great betting. Spacious bathroom and wonderful toiletries. Amazing lines of breakfast buffet, as well as aromatic and strong coffee! Hotel staff are friendly, smiley and energetic dynamic. We are happy for our staying.

Amazing hotel, great location what I would recommend is to wake early have a delicious breakfast, explore the city when it is quiet, head to the old town early this is the perfect opportunity for photos then head over to the Charles bridge and explore the castle. Once you are on this side of the river discover the “ Eiffel Tower “ I wouldn’t recommend climbing to the top instead walk straight ahead through the gardens to a magnificent viewing area where you can sit on benches and take the city sights in. If you would like any further tips and hints about this amazing place follow me on Suzi.Travel TikTok and suziglossy Instagram

One time yes, next time not. Starting over with the staff, they are incredibly incapable of understanding issues. Streamlined questions yes, but when it comes to exceptions, they are incredibly incompetent. Upon arrival, my room was not on the requested floor, the room itself not fully prepared, safety box not working at all, the hair dryer was breaking quite often due, the minibar was not refilled, the equipment in the bath room not properly fixed. The mounting of the shower in the bath was loose and the checkout procedure despite being StarTraveller more or less complicated. For a business traveller not suitable at all, because the staff is merely incompetent. This is not a Eurostars as I know it from other countries. Not mentioning that my stay has still not been accounted to my Star Traveller account, not did they send me any request for feedbacks yet. The hotel itself looks like a 1940/50s commie building, flat white walls, feeling like a sterile hospital for mad experiments. Not lovely, nor inviting at all. Very cold atmosphere. Breakfast was "ok", nothing special, but all you can find to satisfy a hungry stomach. Far away from a tasty breakfast demonstrating quality. However the fruits, fresh oranges and melons were nice. In total quite disappointing. Some travellers might be more "forgiving", but referring to Eurostars quality I would not call this a "Eurostars", because it simply does not fit this group, nor did the Thalia fulfil the requirements of travellers expecting high quality. A non-reachable Duty Manager topped that bad rating and a non-mininar refill makes it even more worse, when it comes to comfort. To be honest: One time was enough already, I expected more, there are better hotels in the 4-5 Stars range in Prague. I am in fact looking at details. Some of you may appreciate an "ok"-feeling, but this is not comparable to i.e. known 5-Stars brands in Prague at all. Too bad...

Great location, hotel more like a 3 star. Bedroom good. Breakfast poor. No atmosphere in the hotel. Staff were nice. Recommend using bolt taxi service safe and cheap. Prague is a lovely city to visit.

Excellent location, convenient for walking to all tourist locations. The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and advice re local restaurant, map etc. Our room was spacious with large comfortable bed and large bath. The TV was smaller than usually found in hotels and no English speaking programmes but this wasn't an issue for us. We didn't try the breakfasts - more expensive than we wanted to pay and ample cafes nearby. Could get tea and biscuits free by reception but not coffee or milk ( there was lemon for the breakfast tea and various choice of other teas) We were not disturbed by any street noise.
