For the fact that we had reserved a superior room, it was too small and cramped, and even the completely useless column in the room did not sell it.. The view to nowhere ..

Room was clean, not much lit. Missing free outlet, or outlet near bed. Only free outlets were one in the enterance room and one in the bathroom.
There was a gap under the front door with light from the yard under the door.
Internet wi-fi was not fast (down 12 / up 11 Mbit) but stable. TV was showing only 10 german, 2 czech and 1 russian channel.
No instant coffee bags, but there was electric cattle, free tee bags (2 fruit, 2 black) and sugar bags.
Water taps in the sink and shower are separated, and it takes some time to set required temperature.
Not sure if the ladder radiator in the bathroom was working properly when turned on to maximum.
Tiles in the entrence and bathroom were cold.
Breakfast was delicios and with wide choice.

The location is a bit remote and not very convenient. The facilities are good and the service is very good.

This is a great hotel located near the main train station in Prague and close to good transport links to all over the city!!! The room was spacious and was located away from the road so it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good and was located in a huge theatre/ banquet room. The staff was always replenishing the buffet and coffee tasted great. The service at the hotel was VERY GOOD. Everything was clean and tidy. We were very lucky in the 2 receptionists who were working while we were there. Nikoleta helped us with 3 day passes for the trams, as well as helping with navigating to some of the destinations we wanted to visit. Special thanks to Aneta who gave us extra service in printing out some important forms we needed to have. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

Very good hotel with very good breakfast. Beautiful room and wonderful service, especially Nikoleta at the reception. So kind and so much willing to make my stay in the hotel excellent. Compliments.

Very nice staff, Nikoleta from reception was very kind and the restaurant was very good.Rooms are ok but it depends If You stay in the main hotel or the second one.

The personel was very friendly and professional, especially Nikoleta, the food was good, not very diversified actually. The rooms are really nice, they look very good and neat. The hotel is sutuated near some touristic objective which is awesome.

Briliant hotel for the modest price we paid. We were lucky to have a very large room number 8 for my wife and my small daughter. It has all the features of a 4 star hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.
It easy to go around as well as a lot of trams are passing just in front of the hotel and at the back of the hotel if you walk for 3-4 minutes you can get all the busses to the center, nemesti republic and even charles bridge. It is the fourth time we are visiting Prague and definitely from now on this hotel will be our first priority in case we visit again and the price is prefect.

Hotel is good for a city trip. Public transport stops in front of the door, and within a few stops you are in the center. Staff is different, the lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful, the staff in the restaurant was unfriendly and did not care about the guests. Breakfast was okay but very limited. Not worth 4 stars. Room was okay, air conditioning in all rooms would not be an unnecessary luxury, with a fan you will not be able to survive in the summer months. Furthermore, the room was clean and tidy. Rooms on the street side are very noisy due to all the traffic, double glazing would be an option. Furthermore, it is a great hotel for 2 or 3 nights.
