The staff at Hotel Agnes was truly amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, gave great suggestions of things to do, helped us with dinner reservations and more. I would definitely return!! A fabulous trip

We thought that the reviews on this hotel were too good to be true but if you are thinking of booking this hotel ,then you MUST .From the moment you step through the door till the moment you leave ,nothing is too much trouble .From offering you drinks every time you return to the hotel ,to driving us to the castle and giving restaurant recommendations .This hotel has taken hospitality to another level and set the bar very high .Thank you for an amazing stay .Michael and Agnes .

This is the most service oriented absolutely LOVELY hotel I have ever been to. Seriously every 5 star resort in the world should apprentice at the Hotel Residence Agnes. Plus it’s charming and incredibly well located. But the people are the key. They are so wonderful it would be hard to go anywhere else in Prague! Ten stars!

This hotel was beyond superb in every way! From the gracious, helpful and accommodating staff, to the comfortable and spacious rooms, to the fabulous and extensive included breakfast, I cannot offer anything but the highest praise for the Residence Agnes! We were visiting our son who was studying in Prague for the semester, and they graciously offered him to dine with us for breakfast each morning. They took extra steps to go above and beyond what is typically expected and experienced. Two of my family members have celiac disease and they made sure we had safe and nutritious breakfast items. When I learned that a gluten free bakery was literally a few blocks away, one of the staff walked me over there so I could see where it was. This is a hotel whose staff care about guests having a wonderful experience and they take pride in their work. Please, please choose to stay at the Hotel Residence Agnes!

The best services you will ever meet. We came for a family vacation for 4 nights and it was amazing. We love Prague and we came here many times , one thing for sure - we will come back and we from now on we will only stay here. The staff in the hotel is so welcoming and amazingly helpful , it is by itself an amazing experience. The location is perfect , in the center of it all but in a side street so it is quiet. I really recommend this place , you will thank me afterwards.
