Hotel Residence Agnes

Nice beautiful property. Very welcoming host. We loved our stay here.

We stayed at the Hotel Residence Agnes in late April 2024. It was one of four hotels we stayed at during a trip in Europe. While we would recommend all the places we stayed in the Agnes was a notch above all the others. In fact, it is probably the best, small hotel we have ever stayed at. You get the feeling this is someplace special right from check-in where you are offered food and drink, informed of places to go and how to get there and just made to feel at home. This kind of personal, attentive care was consistent throughout our three-night stay. The room was perfect for our needs but the staff made sure it was not a problem since it had a sloping ceiling. Breakfasts were great with lots of good food often brought to the table. No matter the time we came or went the staff at the desk, which is right by the front door, was always friendly and made sure there was nothing else they could do to improve our stay. So, if, like us, you prefer smaller, more personal hotels you will not go wrong with the Agnes. It is a great, quiet place to come back to after joining the throngs of tourists that are such a ubiquitous part of a visit to Prague.

You can believe all the superlative reviews. They are accurate. The service here is outstanding as is the breakfast, housekeeping, ambience, rooms, and location. The kind of place one doesn't want to leave. We traveled for two weeks in the Czech Republic and Austria and stayed in excellent hotels. This was the best.

This place is amazing! I never write reviews but felt compelled as Frank and the others at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay and will be back!

Outstanding boutique hotel with highly customer orientated staff. A lot of great details and cosiness in the hotel and in the attention. Very well located in the Center, near everything Prague has to offer and located in a very calm street. Outstanding, a perfect 10/10.
