It's difficult to communicate at the front desk, and the English is terrible. The room service is not up to the standard of a five-star hotel. The Nespresso capsules are actually pirated. The air conditioner cannot be used on the first night. The shower is also broken. When I checked out, I couldn't find the order. I couldn't find the pre-sale rights to swipe my card. At the end of the order, we swiped the wrong card, wasting time and delaying our rush to the airport. The overall service was very poor. I definitely don’t want to go back to this hotel. It resulted in a very bad impression of Prague. I definitely don’t recommend staying there.

The location is great, in the city center, within walking distance to almost all the classics. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers around, which is very convenient. The decoration of the hotel is very new, modern and tasteful. The front desk staff is very friendly and fluent in English, and the room service is also timely. Highly recommended!
