Good hotel for your money. There is a tram stop nearby, 10 minutes by tram to the city center. Free parking. Very clean. Freshly renovated.

First we got a 2 man room instead of a 4 man room. That didn't work at all. After about 45 minutes of waiting, the room was finally exchanged. No apologies or anything came from the staff. Except for one person who speaks a little German, no one could speak it there. To make matters worse, we waited more than 30 minutes to get a table in the breakfast room. All things were empty, toast, strawberry tea, etc., which was simply not refilled.

First things first, this place is a steal for the price. You get a lot for what you pay, which is always a win in my book. Getting downtown was easy with the public transport right outside. Made exploring the city a breeze! And if you're driving, the hotel provide free parking, which is a big plus. No worrying about parking fees. Breakfast was top-notch – lots of yummy options to start the day right. Having someone at the front desk 24/7 was super handy. They were always there to help out whenever I needed anything. Shoutout to Yurii – he really went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. Big thanks to him! Overall, if you're looking for a great place to stay in Prague this hotel is the way to go.

Amazing space! Breakfast is delicious and totally worth it, location is great because the tram is super close and you can get anywhere in prague in like 20min. I had to figure out so much stuff for my trip and Dalia at the front desk helped me so much. The Tesco across the street is open 24/7 which was also super great

Clean and well staffed hotel. Cancer Ward smoking area outside front doors my only issue. Comfortable bed with good sized ensuite. Good food and excellent beer at good prices in hotel restaurant. No gym, but gym access can be given by voucher for the gym across road in shopping centre. Gym is big and very noisy.
