This is my first time in Prague and this is one expensive hotel (but I guess it's like this for all hotels in Prague). Location wise, it's is a walkable 15 minutes to the main train station or the metro station is only a few mintues away. The staff are really helpful. They helped planned my day's sightseeing! There are a few restaurants nearby but most still require about a 5 to 10 minute walk.
The room itself is very clean, spacious and come with all the usual amenities. I have some issues with getting hot water for showering on one of the day which was fixed quite promptly but I think the hot water is only satisfactory hot (and not like boiling hot). I stayed during the winter months so the AC in the room don't work. The building is centrally heated and the temperature adjustment is against the wall. It took me two days to figure this out though the temperature in my room was okay (so it doesn't really matter).
Overall, my stay has been pleasant and I will likely stay here again next time I'm in Prague (and I will be back. Prague is such a beautiful city). I'm hoping next time I won't need to fork out an arm and a leg to stay here.

Sorry, aber wir können die ganzen positiven Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Lage ist soweit in Ordnung, bis zur nächsten Bahnstation Pavlova sind es 800 Meter zu Fuß. Personal an der Rezeption ist bemüht und auch freundlich, Check-In war leider sehr kompliziert mit Unterschriften, Dokumenten etc. Durch Sprachbarrieren war die Kommunikation teilweise schwer. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz gebucht, dieser befindet sich ca. 1km entfernt in einer extrem (!) engen Garage. Ich habe wirklich noch nie so ein enges Parkhaus gesehen, ohne Spiegel einklappen überhaupt nichts möglich. Hotel an sich ist klein, Hotelbar oder Lobby gibt es nicht. Frühstücksraum im Keller, aber relativ in Ordnung. Was am Hotel selbst genervt hat, war der langsame und total alte Aufzug. Nun zum Zimmer: Wir hatten das Zimmer im 6.Stock (oberster Stock). Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, bis wir es gemeldet haben. Fenster aufmachen nachts war nicht möglich, da nebenan ein Krankenhaus ist und alle 10 Minuten der Krankenwagen inkl. Sirene vorbeischaut. Somit waren die ersten beiden Nächte unglaublich von der Hitze her und kaum auszuhalten. Kleinigkeiten wie kaum Stauraum oder dreckiges Waschbecken möchte ich hier erst einmal außen vor lassen. Aber 5€ fürs Handtuchwechseln?! Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass das Hotel solide ist, mehr aber auch nicht. Sehr lautes Umfeld mitten in der Stadt. Lasst Euch nicht blenden von den 4 Sternen, das Hotel ist ein mittelmäßiges 3 Sterne Hotel.

La habitación era muy, muy, pequeña. Solo había un pasillo de 30 cm entre la cama y la pared. El desayuno era muy escaso, reponían cada mucho tiempo y muy poca cantidad. Había momentos en que no tenían jamón, ni yogurt, ni frutas ni pan al mismo tiempo. No hay sala de estar y si la hay no la he visto.

The rooms are small but perfectly formed, they have everything you need. Reception staff were always friendly. Decent selection at breakfast and constantly refilled so no waiting. The shower head was fixed to the wall at a strange angle so the water went over the door and flooded the bathroom, had to aim it at the wall and hold it in your hand to rinse off. Great location for exploring the city, just a quick walk to Wenceslas square and a metro station 5 min walk away.

Hotel was in a good location- trams, buses and metro were all close by and city centre was in walking distance. Room was spacious with all the basic facilities you need. Mattress on bed was a bit hard for our liking. It was quite noisy at night so we struggled to sleep. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again.

Hotel 20 minutes walk from the main square of the old town with 24-hour reception. We found the room very nice, small but tidy and clean. Good breakfast with a wide choice of both sweet and savory, with fruit and juices. The coffee was only American (I didn't actually ask if they had espresso). On the day of arrival, free cans of beer were available. Friendly and always helpful staff: we had a problem with the automatic light (which got stuck on) - we called the reception and after 5 minutes the problem was solved (the following day they came with maintenance to check). Absolutely recommended
