The location is great. I don't know because I haven't eaten. Shower water pressure is normal. There is no problem with the toilet either.

The location is very convenient, within easy walking distance of the old town as well as the Charles Bridge.
The bed offers exceptional comfort. The only drawback is that the view consists solely of the building across, but this doesn't affect me in the slightest.

The room was not large, but the ceiling was high so it wasn't cramped. The bathtub is also spacious and good. It was nice that it was easy to get to the center. It's a little far from the central station, and the cobblestone pavement makes it quite difficult with large suitcases, so I recommend taking a taxi.
The breakfast was very delicious and I looked forward to it every morning.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city center, just walking distance from the major attractions, but there are too few varieties of breakfast. There is no parking place, so I had to park in the parking lot and walk to the hotel (understandable but not very convenient). When I checked in, I found that the last guest boiled instant noodles in a kettle, and the residues were not washed. I hated such guests very much, and the hotel did not do a good job of cleaning up. After checking out, I found that the bill was wrong. Fortunately, I got a refund after email communication.

This review is long overdue! My wife and I stayed at Hotel Emblem during a visit to Prague in June 2023. From start to finish everything was perfect! The staff was helpful and friendly, upon check-in we were given a drink, and the room was fantastic. The lounge area downstairs was gorgeous—we enjoyed relaxing there and having an espresso after exploring Prague. Finally, the Hotel Emblem staff went above and beyond for us. We connected on a flight to Prague through Amsterdam, and our luggage was on a flight behind us. The Emblem staff made multiple phone calls to KLM to ascertain the whereabouts of our luggage, and ended up bringing it to our room at 1 am in the morning. Above and beyond! Highly recommend!

This was a perfect hotel for a couples getaway. My husband and I loved it. Great personal service by concierge, lovely modern room with balcony, superb location and very attentive staff. We would most certainly come back when next in Prague.
