The room itself was quite nice, it was large and had a kitchen, and the location was great, just a 15-minute walk to Charles Bridge. But the check-in experience was a disaster. First of all, the hotel is located upstairs in a street shopping mall. There is no signage on the facade, making it difficult to find. Second, after Ctrip made the reservation, I couldn't receive the email from the hotel and didn't know the check-in password. If you don't have a local phone number or what's up, you can't contact the hotel and you can't check in. You can only communicate through Ctrip, which is inefficient and you'll wait in vain. Hours. We stayed for two days in a row and there was no cleaning in between.

Excellent location and amenities, can cook since there's a kitchen fully equipped with pan and utensils but we didn't cook.
Was really upset with the check in as there was no one at the reception when we arrived at 8 pm +. This was supposed to be self check in but I didn't receive any information on the room number and door code. The confirmation email and pin code from Trip.com did not work. There is a notice at the reception asking us to call them but this is very inconvenient for tourists. After calling them, the staff claimed that the registeration was incomplete and we spent 30mins filling in some online form which could be done in advance if the hotel emailed us earlier. We only manage to check in after 9pm and couldn't get dinner at many places since they are close. McDonald's and Burger King are nearby for those who encounter the same issue. There is a Christmas market just below the hotel too.

Absolutely disgusting!! This hotel is infested by silver tail/silver fish and they don't seem to care at all. The silver tails/silver fish were all over the place, and for those who don't know, they tend to destroy furniture and clothing. We tried to contact management regarding this issue and they seemed to not care at all. They let us switch rooms, but that room was right next door to the previous one and was even worse than the first one. During our second day we could even hear people in our previous room which means they don't seem to care about this infestation at all. Our stay was supposed to be 3 nights, but we left and found a new hotel that was much nicer. Thankfully they were willing to refund us for the last night, but that was after I made around 5 phone calls and finally got to speak to a manager. We were going to leave after the first night, but the manager gave us 20 minutes to check out which was not enough time for us to pack up and leave. Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Un apartamento espectacular, ubicación en pleno centro, todo reformado con calidades de primera, muy tranquilo y silencioso, Smart tv, cama enorme, cocina con vitrocerámica, frigorífico, lavavajillas, tostadora, utensilios variados... Tienes la posibilidad de hacer check-in online y no pasar por recepción ya que todas las puertas se abren con un número que te dan, en nuestro caso sí fuimos a la oficina central que se encuentra a unos 800 metros y te guardan el equipaje sin ningún problema, una excelente elección

Fabulous, cannot say any more, beautiful apartment bang in centre of wenceslas square, everything you need, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, comfortable beds, beautiful lounge, most impressive and will definately be going back.
