Because it is in the old city, the corridors and rooms are relatively small. But a heinous thing happened during the stay.
At 2 a.m., my wife and I were rang the doorbell! We were broken into before we could react! We were shocked in our sleep!
I thought of a lot of kidnapping and other horrible things. Later, I called the front desk and they just said lightly, "Oh, we know, it's just that the room service sent it wrong." The next day, they even sent a bottle of wine hypocritically, but it couldn't make up for our sleep at all.
In summary, avoid staying at Andaz. As a sub-brand of Hyatt, it may have some advantages of big brands in decoration and design, but it is still very poor in the warmth and details of service!

It should be the best hotel in Prague's old town, at least with the best design.
Coffee and tea are provided at the front desk for check-in, the bedding is good and memory pillows are provided, and the hotel's ZEM restaurant is very good. I have tried the gym SPA and it is not bad, but the gym is small (a common problem in European hotels)
Overall, the experience in Prague was good. When I checked out, I was strongly urged by the Ctrip taxi driver. I forgot a small LV bag. I contacted the hotel later and the hotel helped recommend a courier company. It was a pity that the international shipping fee was 127 euros, but the hotel handled it reliably. I like it.

A very nice property off the beaten track, but close enough to all the sites. Quiet area of town and very quaint. The hotel is in a wonderful and historic building. Everything you would imagine from a brand new Andaz and perfectly fine for a lovely stay. I had a wonderful room overlooking the front courtyard with high ceilings and it was well appointed and comfortable. The staff were quite friendly and the outlets were clean and had good food and service although I was there during the middle of January, so it was sp****ly populated. Nice stay!

Very interesting decoration. Kind service. Expensive coffee but high quality. Very clean restrooms! Small portions of caffee latte - normal it comes bigger. Big plus for very delicious matcha latte- it tastes really nice. Food seem to be very fresh.

I arrived and my room wasn't ready for the 3PM check-in time, and wasn't ready until about 3:30. The next morning I ordered room service for breakfast, but the room service department was unavailable, so I had to leave my order with the front desk. After about 45mins of not receiving anything, I called the room service department again, to which they advised me that they never received the order. I then called the front desk to report this, and they told me that they had in fact put the order in. So it turned into this whole "he said, she said" ordeal that resulted in me losing an hour of my time. This is a beautiful hotel, but the service is far from what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. I was pretty disappointed with my stay, and for the price I paid, I regret not staying at one of the more established fine hotels.
