Because it is in the old city, the corridors and rooms are relatively small. But a heinous thing happened during the stay.
At 2 a.m., my wife and I were rang the doorbell! We were broken into before we could react! We were shocked in our sleep!
I thought of a lot of kidnapping and other horrible things. Later, I called the front desk and they just said lightly, "Oh, we know, it's just that the room service sent it wrong." The next day, they even sent a bottle of wine hypocritically, but it couldn't make up for our sleep at all.
In summary, avoid staying at Andaz. As a sub-brand of Hyatt, it may have some advantages of big brands in decoration and design, but it is still very poor in the warmth and details of service!

It should be the best hotel in Prague's old town, at least with the best design.
Coffee and tea are provided at the front desk for check-in, the bedding is good and memory pillows are provided, and the hotel's ZEM restaurant is very good. I have tried the gym SPA and it is not bad, but the gym is small (a common problem in European hotels)
Overall, the experience in Prague was good. When I checked out, I was strongly urged by the Ctrip taxi driver. I forgot a small LV bag. I contacted the hotel later and the hotel helped recommend a courier company. It was a pity that the international shipping fee was 127 euros, but the hotel handled it reliably. I like it.

This hotel is in a perfect location for walking to all the important sites. There are a lot of restaurants near by for lunch and dinner. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and very clean. Our only complaint was Storage. There were 2 small useable drawers, and a lot of hanging up room. If you stay a day or 2, yu are good, but we stayed 5 days and couldnt easiy unpack. The Breakfast offered was nice--nothing special. They have a coffee machine in the lobby where you can sit and have coffee or tea. They have a pleasant happy hour in the evening with unique cocktails. Overall, it was a wonderful stay there.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel and restaurant was exceptional. The laundry service was unfortunate; they provided me the incorrect laundry box (a male guests intimate items) and mine (intimate items) was given to someone else. After I informed reception of this, they immediately sent someone to my room and within 30 minutes, I had my items. So, quick assistance that was resolved.
