According to reason, we would be given a room after checking in, but when we came back in the evening, we were told that there was no room. We were given a room facing the elevator. The bathroom was disabled facilities, the soundproofing was very poor, there was no partition for taking a shower, and the whole bathroom was flooded when taking a shower. The sewer was blocked.
