The service attitude at the front desk of the hotel is good, the environment is very quiet, and the room and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast is delicious, with various varieties, and the transportation is smooth. It is very convenient to go to Prague Old Town.

We have been there four days and they have not cleaned the room at all. The breakfast was very poor, the cut fruit was the same every day. The last day I had a sciatica attack and we asked to stay until 3:00 p.m. and from there go to the airport since I could only lie down. They left us until 12 noon since check out at the hotel is before 10 a.m. If we stayed until 3pm they charged us for the full day and the hotel was half empty. Zero hospitality.

The staff was perfect. The rooms very clean. In the morning the breakfast was very good. Finally the location of the hotel was perfect because you could reach almost everywhere through the nearby public transport

Las instalaciones del hotel cumplían ampliamente con las expectativas, buen buffet de desayuno y trato muy amable de todo el personal del hotel. Tengo que señalar de forma sobresaliente el trato en recepción, tanto a la hora del check-in como del check-out de Hedvika. Absolutamente profesional y de trato muy afable. Aparte del hotel en sí, en cuanto a sus instalaciones y servicios, Hedvika es absolutamente responsable de la calificación de excelente.

Abbiamo pernottato per tre notti, avendo prenotato due camere. Ottima è la posizione, infatti la metro è ad appena 50 metri dall’albergo. Gli ambienti sono puliti e molto spaziosi. In particolare le camere, con ampio bagno privato, sono ampie, climatizzate, con moquette e frigo bar. L’ambiente risulta silenzioso. L’unica pecca è la mancanza di tende pesanti, per cui al mattino filtra la luce dall’esterno. Cortese e solerte il personale alla reception e alla sala colazioni. Riguardo quest’ultima, a mio avviso, potrebbe essere migliorata in varietà e qualità dei prodotti.
