We didn’t experience a good stay as expected. Very steep and curvy steps , no elevator. No air conditioning, impossible in summer . Our suite , Petrin , was very high on 2 floor , badly designed with separate 2 rooms and long corridor between them . Blazing sun all afternoon which makes it impossible to stay in room . No basic hotel services like room cleaning . Coffee machine but only small espresso cups . Part time reception service and breakfast available only from 0900 . Very disappointing though location is great by the Karl bridge.

After a fumble at check in, the experience was perfect. The room was quiet, clean, spacious and nicely updated. It is steps from the Charles Bridge-on the quieter side of the river. You are within walking distance to everything with restaurants, bars, grocers, and sites within steps. Negative: no service desk, so we were left without a key at checkin. Had to call another hotel to get someone to come and let us in. No breakfast, but a cafe below. No tea mugs ( but they provide a kettle), just tiny espresso mugs, steep, winding stairs to room which were pitch dark at night. Positive: it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and beautiful. Large windows that open, espresso maker/pods, large queen bed with very large full sized sofa pull out bed, Loccitane toiletries ( no conditioner), lots of pillows and nice linens, and modern bathroom. Slept peacefully every night!

This a great location and nice, super clean apartment. There is no kitchen or amenities, but a ton of terrific eateries all around. Strange that the guest shower is in the living room. Linens are terrific as are furnishings, just a tad small. Regardless, I highly recommend.

We had a room on the third floor. No elevator. Great space room plus den. Toilet apart from shower. Service only until around 5 pm.

We had booked on previous occasions at that hotel, under another management. When we rebooked, and keep in mind that we reserved 3 of the 5 rooms in the establishment, NO ONE told us that there were no hotel services, even more so seeing in their reviews they use the word hotel several times. We had to carry our luggage up and down narrow stairs, and there are no hotel services available, such as cleaning or room service. We arrived before check in and had to leave our luggage at another hotel in the group. The truth is that if the reservation had not been paid we would have gone somewhere else. It is not a place for dente over 60 years old.
