Contratamos un apartament con piscina y parquing. Ni una cosa ni la otra tenia el apartamento. Ademas, nada que ver con la fotografia que se mostrava en la reserva. La piscina que ofrecian era la de un hotel (donde hicimos el check-in però que afirmaban no tener nada que ver con los apartamentos) y tenia un coste de 6 euros por persona y dia si la queríamos utilizar. Nos comunicamos con atención al cliente de ******* y nos dijeron que ellos atendian a lo que decian los del hotel (ese que afirmaba no tener nada que ver con el apartamento). "Que sí tenian piscina però que se tenia que pagar" . Y que "pàrquing también tenian però segun dispinibilidad" . En fin, es nuestra primera experiència con ******* y serà difícil que volvamos a repetir. Tan difícil como que se publique este comentario, pero no se podra decir que no lo comunicamos.
