"We booked for 5 nights 2 x 2 person room there was a double bed we thought it was supposed to be there, after a few days we found out that this was the single room, because we could look into other rooms and they turned out to have a king size bed, also a key reader of a room was broken a reception employee had to come along to open the door. One of us had asked for a blanket that took 2 days. The rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was good only you had to ask for toppings and rolls because they didn't keep that. This is not something to be repeated."

"The people in the room upstairs were running around. The people in the next room were noisy. The room itself was great but noise insulation should be better. There were no elevators or ramps to get heavy bags up and down. Breakfast was great. All around the food was great. Local grilled fish for lunch was fantastic. Hotel staff were pretty good though sometimes did not give their full attention. The pool area was a feature. Very handy location."

"The taxi that I booked meets me on arrival at airport and take me to the Syds Guest house. But I did not feel welcome. They give me a room with two small beds and bathroom out of the room. I insisted before they give me a room with one bed and bathroom inside. There were nobody in the morning to provide the breakfast. The next day, I received a Email saying that I have to go back to the horible room without toilet. I decided to leave this awful place. I booked another hotel in Praia and left in th eafternoon. Conclusion: I think this place is a restaurant and not a hotel... Trip.com shound revise its position and stop sending guests there"

"Good location in the center overlooking the City. Spacious room with a view, nicely decorated. Nice and well equipped bathroom. To enter you have to ring the bell. The reception staff could be friendlier. The elevator was out of order, our room was on the third floor and no one offered to help us with the luggage. Breakfast is basic and there are few choices"
