Comfortable hotel, clean and fairly quiet room. Only small flaw: shower with not very functional curtain. Recommended for short stays.

Two night stay, friendly staff, excellent problem solving given that on the second day there was a problem with the air conditioning but it was resolved immediately. It's a shame not to have been able to use the spa because it was being renovated. I advise

When we got there, they gave us someone else's room.
The first night, we kept waking up from the heat as the air conditioning could not keep up to the demand in that part of the hotel. They changed our room the next day instead of trying to fix it. When they moved our belongings, the threw out all of our refrigerated goods. When we gave them the bill, they paid it but were not happy that we replenished our water. The last room was much better, but the sink did not retain water well, so it leaked all over the floor. Most of the staff were nice. Others didn't care.

The hotel is very nice and clean and well decorated. Staffs are so friendly. Breakfast is beyond the expectation.

Charme hotel I recently stayed there 3/4 years ago I returned 22/10/2023 And I found a big difference in service of reception rooms very Futuristic without anything else and to be recommended product price Top Quality at the reception there is a super Mr Francesco Available thanks for everything see you next time F COLELLA

We chose this hotel for business. The rooms are large and both dinner and breakfast amazed us with the quality of the products offered. The only drawback: the cleanliness, which could be improved. All in all hotel 3 points, but restaurant 4. We will try to go for a second chance.
