The room smelled bad, there was construction going on in the corridor at night, and the facilities were very old.

A very good hotel. This is my first choice when visiting Prato. The staff are very friendly and the service and attitude are great. The rooms are relatively large and the smoking area on the roof is also cooler. It’s perfect for a nice breeze!

Close to Prato train station, this hotel is perfect for visiting Florence. The reception is friendly and professional, the lunch is well managed and good.
However, the room is dated, the bed is very hard, the bathroom is catastrophic and the air conditioning extremely noisy.
To sum up, a very poor quality hotel room in a great location and at an affordable price for the area.

We were put in this hotel after our flight was cancelled. The staff were very helpful and sorted some problems out for us. The room was clean. The hotel is in the middle of the town above some shops.

Hotels in Florence are exorbitantly expensive. From here you can get to Florence in half an hour for €2.80, but you feel like you're paying half that for the stay. I was very happy to have found this option and will do it again and again. You can't expect luxury here, but as an overnight stay, I didn't miss anything. Breakfast was also very good. The city of Prato is absolutely worth seeing in itself. Thank you very much for the lovely time!

The hotel staff was great, and were helpful with suggestions for dining, Gelato and local area sites to visit. Clean rooms, breakfast and at a nice price, plus they speak English.
