Jan2024: 1 night in January ＜ very happy with our stay in Piemonte: great location and nice employees, only one night but super comfort in the room, large, with bathrobe and slippers, heating, balcony, view towards the mountain.
Breakfast in 3 options to choose from, in the evening for dinner, due to lack of requests, they closed the restaurant early but there is a great restaurant 3-4 minutes walk away. THANKS

We enjoyed our 2 rooms. The people there are pleasant and friendly!
Breakfast was delicious but the parking area doesn't support the volume of guest.
Will definitely stay here when I visit again.

Very cosy a**osphere, very nice people. Great vslue for little money. Not far from the railway station and from the main slope. Facing the main road to Brasov. Good food - you can order in advance, buffet, all meals. Clean, large, elegant rooms. Thank you, Piemonte hotel, Predeal, Romania!

The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the city, within walking distance of the train station. We receive a hospitable and friendly welcome. Our room is fine, clean, at the front, which means that you hear the freight traffic passing by at night. That doesn't have to be a problem of course. The hotel has a cozy roof terrace. The breakfast buffet is good, dinner is also buffet style. The beds are good, everything you need is available. There is a spacious lobby and an elevator, so everything for a good stay.

The hotel was lovely and clean and had a very large bathroom although the room was small.The room had good heating . this was important as it snowed when we visited. A very modern hotel.Reception area was big and spacious.

Although the photos look good on booking, the expectations are to be like in the photos, the rooms look unkempt, the mess present in the bathrooms and the unbearable smell of cleaning solutions. I’ll I definitely not come back again.

So we booked the room , they send the confirmation , then when at checked in they Said that was a mistake in the sistem and had to Look for a difrent hotel at 22 with 2 small kids ,let Away the language used by the staff at the reception …

Besides the nauseating smell of the bathroom, itself impossible to light (broken switch), the television which does not work, like the empty and unplugged minibar, the pinnacle is reached with the bedding. Two single beds whose slatted base only has two slats at the head and foot of the bed! In the middle, the void, we sink with the mattress to the ground! I had to take out the mattress and sleep on the floor. Finally sleep... with the traffic on National 1 linking Bucharest to Brasov, between 4 and 10 vehicles (cars and heavy goods vehicles) per minute, all night. all this in a “4 star” hotel! Other people traveling with me have suffered other inconveniences: blocked doors, huge water leaks... To be avoided especially since the choice exists...
